I am incredulous at all of the 5 star reviews. quite suspicous. Tom did not sell us our car but it sounds like that would have been ideal. Rather, our experience with customer service was HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, AWFUL. From the sales manager, the assistant sales manager, the sales person, the finance guy and the service guys all we got was the run around and no resolution to our car or service issues. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM CORONA NISSAN. The customer does not matter once you have bought your car.

DON'T BUY HERE. Horrible customer service. It's not likely that all of these past "reviews" are legit. My calls and emails were unanswered. Promises made to me before purchasing the car were not delivered. Sales management did not care to

Great service and offers. The service department here is why I'm on my 6th Nissan.

I love Nissans. But I bring my Nissan here because of the great service I get. Not because it's a Nissan dealer. Everyone is professional and friendly and they do great and honest work.
