5Everything was great! Cheryl and Meagan treated me great and got me a loaner when I came in without an appointment due to a window motor being out. They were very quick and helped me get on the road to work in a timely manner.

We brought a 5 series BMW and the guys there were wonderful and had us in and out for there in no time. Repairs they work there hardest to get your car back in 1 to 2 days and get it done right.
4i have a car that is 18 months old, it has been in the shop every month for a week since i drove it off the lot. they have replaced one electrical feature after another. the abundant amount of hours i have sat in the small waiting room over crowded with people will never be regained. it has truly been one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had. i regret ever having walked through the doors of Advantage much less writing the lease check every month. the attitude of Advantage is just keep bringing it back till we get it right, who has the time? my suggestion DRIVE THE OTHER DIRECTION!
