Carol caught me from the moment I walked in and assured me everything would be taken care of. She was SO friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was there a million times already. She made me laugh ando made sure I had food! She went over and beyond for sure. I felt so lucky as I just dropped my daughter off at New Dorp High school and thought I would come in to get an oil change and check out a bubble I spotted in my tire. Service was great and they even gave my car a quick wash before giving it back to me. I was so happy I went that day and had the wonderful experience I had. Carol was great! And it wasn't just me. She was very warm to all her customers. She is a great asset to Hyundai especially when your wait is longer than expected. Great great service :)

Overall it was fantastic and easy to navigate and deal with. Much better than in my past experiences with the maintenance center.

5I brought my car in for 4 different recalls and they found a leak at my oil pan. They notified me promptly and fixed the issue. Excellent service!!
5I had a tire leaking air....hole in side wall and was due for service. Thet gave me a a loaner for the time they had the car and took car of both services. In the case of the tire it had a hole in the side wall so because I had the tire insurance they got me a new one....the service I assume they did As usual the staff was friendly and helpful...my service adviser was Bruce Nadal....was very happy with service....Service Manger as usual was very attentive as well

Hyundai app alerted me with a recall on the hatch switch of my Veloster. I made an appointment, the dealer ordered the part. They quickly took me in and replaced the part with no issues. The dealer was very responsive and worked around my schedule. Very satisfied.
5Well I purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger from Manfredi and the young lady who showed us the different model of Challengers available was very knowledgable about the vehicle. I felt zero pressure to buy, very friendly folks in both the Chevy and Dodge as we couldn't decide on the Camaro or Challenger but went with the Challenger.My experiences with them was pretty positive, cant say anything bad about their sales or service dept. in fact one of the wheel locks on my sons elantra stripped and Firestone couldn't get it off, I called Manfredi Hyundai and the service manager told me bring it in but I might have to wait 1/2 hour as they were backed up..well that 1/2 hour wait turned into no wait at all the Mechanic came over to the car asked which one it was and after working on it for about fifteen minutes broke it loose..they were great. Thank you Mr Manfredi you have excellent and courteous mechanics in your shop. I dont normally do reviews but the one individual who recommended Giuffre.... STAY AWAY..GIUFFRE IS A THIEF. AS PROOF HIS HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP WAS SHUT DOWN BY HYUNDAI INC FOR FRAUD. THE NY ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OFFICE IS WELL AWARE OF HIS PRACTICES....

Then, at 46,000 the transmission went. At, 52,000 the struts are gone. Can we say "Lemon". O.k I know Manfredi got me but I have to live with the car but not the RUDE service. I took my car in for basic service oil change and inspection when I brought my car in was in excellent condition when I recieved it back the entire back bumper was scratched when I showed the service Manager he agreed to repair but refused to give me a loaner to get back and fourth to work. He said there was nothing He could do STAY AWAY THAY DESTROY THE CARS NOT FIX THEM!!!!!!!! GO TO SANSONE IN NJ GUIFFRE HYUNDAI SUCKS TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once they agreed on a price they asked for a deposit. They then raised the price and when we wouldn't agree, wouldn't give back our deposit. This is after they promised to give it back swearing they weren't that kind of dealership. They threatened us, saying try to get it back. Stay away from this dealer, it's for your own good.

In late 2002, I purchased a silver 2000 Hyundai Accent. I financed the full amount of the car plus an extended warranty which came to a little over $12,000. Two weeks later, I started having trouble with what I thought was the engine. The following day, the check engine light came on. I immediately called there Service and Parts Department and made an appointment to have my car fixed. I had a 2 year warranty on the vehicle which included free towing, free service on any major parts, and a free rental car. I had the car towed to there shop and told them what I thought was wrong with the car. They told me that they were busy and that I would need to leave the car overnight. I said ok and requested my rental car. The manager of the shop told me ''We dont have any more rentals left and that they couldnt help me with that.'' I told him I didnt pay $2000 more for a warranty that includes a rental car if they werent going to give me one. He then said very rudely and loudly, ''I am sorry sir but I dont have anymore rentals left. I cant help you. If you want to take your car home, than go right ahead but its not my fault that we dont have anymore rentals left.'' Knowing that mechanics can really screw up your car if you fight with them, I left taking the bus home. When I called them 4 days later, I found out that the problem was with the transmission. Please remember that I owned the car for 2 weeks. I was very upset. I went back to the dealer, and spoke to the manager. I told him I purchased a $9000 car and a extended warranty 2 weeks prior and now had the transmission fixed. I asked him what kinds of cars are they selling. He told me they were sorry about what happened but they couldnt help me.
I am happy to say that just one year later I got rid of the car and purchased a new SUV. I wouldnt recommend any of there dealerships (Manfredi own's Toyota, Hyundai, Izuzu, Scion, Subaru, Kia, Mitsubishi, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Mazda) as well wouldnt recommend there lousy Service and Parts Department. I would highly suggest going to Giuffre Hyundai in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, which is just 10 minutes away from Manfredi but has nice employees and great cars.

This is a great car for the money . They always give terrific rebates. The best time to buy is when they have thie leftover cars . you can get a ggod deal. The only thing I find tricky is their 100000 miles warrany. If you bring the car in for a repair and it is not the fault of Hyunsdai then they charge you .
