RAdioshack used to be the place to shop but Frys Electronics are made is pretty archiec. The quality of product has gone down, but as always if you need expert advice on electronics, this the place to go.

Never fails I need some cool electronic gadget and they have it. I needed a scale to weigh pinewood Derby cars and they had a USB one you can hookup to your computer. It worked flawlessly.
Not to mention they have whatever you need.
Oh ya stay away from the cell phone plans there though :)
