Man oh man, my goodness what a difference the paint job made, looks like a whole different truck, we are so pleased, and believe me I am not easy to please. The staff was all friendly, kind and pleasant to deal with. We are so pleased that we now have a small little car that also needs a paint job and will soon be bringing it. Several people have seen our new truck, and their comment is "WOW" then they ask where we got it done. Thanks Maaco!!!!

My daughter was backing out of our garage earlier this summer and accidentally hit the side of my Lexus. I went out and got three estimates to repair the vehicle, and picked the lowest one since I had to pay for the services from my own pocket. The estimate from Maaco was substantially lower than the others. I cannot tell you how pleased I have been throughout this experience. My car was perfectly repaired.

I scheduled an appointment to have my car repaired after a minor fender-bender. The employee, Bobby, was eager to help me and ease my worries. I brought my car in a few days later and Bobby said it would take four days to complete the designated repairs. Bobby called two days later to inform me that my car was ready. That is incredible. My Ford Explorer was in a rear end accident and the body shop did an excellent job at replacing the rear trailer hitch, pulling the dents out of the rear lift gate and refinishing the bumper and lift gate in a timely fashion. They were prompt at notifying the insurance company of additional damage that they found when they pulled the bumper off and they kept me well informed throughout the process. The Progressive concierge service quoted me a repair time of greater than 1 week to fix the SUV whereas they completed all the repairs in just less than 4 days! I highly recommend this body shop and the level of customer service they provide is unlike any other repair shop I have dealt with.

Maaco had the best price by far of any other paint shop. They did a fabulous job and Chris the manager got me a great deal on a rental car for the two days my car was getting painted. I highly recommend this location!

They have done 2 cars for me. One of them was done at another Maaco in Burien, which was a mess. They corrected it and now both of my vehicles are looking great! The staff is great also and ladies if you need someone to treat you fair, then go to this Maaco they are great!

Unfortunately, I had two recent no fault accidents and my experience at Maaco was the far better of the two shops. Shoan & Chris took the time to explain the differences between the paint services and what the quality would be for my dollar. They made me feel very comfortable with the process. The other shop was in a hurry and I felt rushed as well as I had to extend my rental because they delivered my car late, very late. I got my car back from Maaco on the day they said it would be ready! That was a big stress reliever! Hopefully, I won't have to go back for an accident, but I will definately recommend them to my friends.

For the second time in less than a month, I have had work done at the Maaco shop in Carol Stream, Illinois. Jatin Patel is the manager and has once again exceeded my expectations in doing repair and paint work on my 02 Sebring convertible.
