Although I had to wait a little bit to be seen, Dr. Case had a genuine interest in patient care...listened intently, took time with me,managed all my concerns and issues with uttermost compassion. Would definitely recommend him to others. Has a wonderful demeanor and personality.

Even with the driveablity specialist on vacation, my vehicle was serviced very professionally and is working very well. I am extremely happy with the service I get every time.

This is where a company can truly shine, and that's with honesty. He found the problem and had my garbage disposal working in under 10 minutes. He explained that there was a minor issue and I did not need a new one. These guys are friendly,knowledgeable, on time, and I think the most important one, HONEST!

I've been a patient at Family Dental for almost five years: years that have included routine cleanings, crowns, whitening, and more crowns! As something of a dental frequent-flier, I can honestly say I've never received better care and customer service than Family Dental provides!

I've been going to Dr. Case for years now. As a kid, I used to hate going to the dentist. Unfortunately, that translated into a "spotty" attendance record as an adult. When it's time for my appointment Dr. Case goes out of his way to make sure I'm as comfortable as I can be, explains everything he's going to do, and is fast and efficient. He even has office hours that are very accommodating for a working person. You get all that (and a new toothbrush) as one of his patients. I have never had such a great dentist and recommend him highly!

Love, Love, Love this Dentist and his whole staff! Unbelievable professionalism and amazing integrity. I have been coming to Dr. Case for over 10 years and have referred him so many people. It feels so good knowing that Dr. Case is an extreme perfectionist and treats his patients like he would his own family. I truly believe he is the best dentist in the world! I would highly recommend his office!

The hygienist was friendly and gentle and made me feel relaxed during a fairly uncomfortable procedure - and Dr. Case was very nice and explained everything. Great experience!

Thanks to the entire team at this office.... MY FEAR OF DENTISTS IS OVER! I thought I would never say that. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out of my 3.5 hour ordeal, I was treated with so much consideration and very obvious skill from both my dental assistant and dentist. Later he called me to make sure I was ok. Excellent customer service and professionalism. I would give this office 10 stars if I could.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Coming to the dentist is something everybody dreads but they always make you feel at ease and comfortable.

It was great. Best Hygienist and dentist ever! The office manager was amazing!The dental assistant was definitely the glue holding it all together.

Dr. Case numbed me up and gave a great shot! Actually, it was not bad at all. I didn't feel it. Totally painless that was important to me. I will definitely recommend Dr. Case to friends.

This is a very well run dental office. I recently went in for 3 fillings. The staff was efficient and very pleasant. The removal was also pretty much painless, or as painless has getting 3 fillings could be. Either way, you all are great and I will certainly be recommending.

I had a great experience here at Family Dental. They are really great with the kids making them feel comfortable so that they won't be scared. They have a welcoming environment and the staff is really nice.
