I had the worst experience speaking with the pharmacist there. I don't know what her name was, but she had an accent. I understand they get busy, but I'm not sure how that is an excuse to be extraordinarily rude. Perhaps someone ran

This Longs should be used only if you have to go there. The staff seems to have a mental block when it comes to sevice. They some how believe that doing whatever is more important than waiting on any customer for any reason. They are surly and indignant to all customers no matter who. Management could care less so don't bother complaining. Especially indiffernent if you have any real concern.
