My car purchase at Ford of Upland was a no hassle low pressure sales approach which I liked. My saleslady Marianna did a great job of listening to my needs.She didn't try to pressure me into buying what she thought I needed, but really helped me find what made the most sense for me.

Everything was super at Upland Ford from the time I got there to the time I left. The facility is clean and inviting, and the employees are sweet and kind. They offer great deals all of the time and made sure that I was completely taken

I just moved to Clairemont from back east and I wanted to service my Fusion after the long drive.I Googled ""Ford dealers"" and after browsing, I called Upland. Boy am I glad I did. They have the most knowledgeable service department in America. Very well priced and thorough.

Had a breakdown wit my Windstar at the worst possible time. I called Rick at Ford Of Upland and he set the tow truck. When I got the call from Rick it was fixed all in 3 hours. They got right on the job and took care of everything. Now I'm talking with Clyne about a trade in. Ford of Upland is a great store.\n

Ford of Upland is a super great agency! My grandma used to bring her Torino in, and Gilbert (my guy) would write her up too. She would bring the guy's cookies, I brought pizza! Goes to show these people treat you right, and it ends up being like family after so many years.

For two months I had a leaky and noisy rear end. Ford of Upland put in a new gasket, and she just purrs now! Very happy Lisa! Gilbert surely knows his cars.
