They do it all!! Took truck in for slipping transmission, turns out the exhaust was stopped up. While I was at work, Ken droped my truck off at muffler shop and had it repaired at his shop rate and he passed the savings on to me. Total price 87.00$. I tried to tipped him 20.00 bucks for all the extra work, he asked me to write a review instead. Just for you Ken

This shop has meet my every expectation on what i wanted my car to be. I found out about Rowlett Transmission through Mr Ken Rushing (owner) when we were serving together. Hes a very honest man and runs a world class automotive business, I REALLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank You so much,

They treated me like family. I normally don't handle car repairs. But my husband is serving overseas. Ken the owner served with him in 2009 that's how I found this place. They towed my car over 80 miles at no charge only to find out it was not the transmission. My exhaust was clogged so Andy the manger had it replaced at a shop they used. They went the extra mile to help me! Thank You

They towed my car in FREE. Checked it out for FREE. Scaned the computer for FREE. Gave me the total price BEFORE they started working on my car. Gave me a 3year- 36000 mile warranty, better than two other shops quoted me. Andy was very helpfull, talking me through the the whole job. Thank you, Ken and Andy

They were very fast in the rebuild I had done. They also are very good with explaining the process to the customer. Really enjoyed the process with this company. Highly reccomend Rowlett Transmissions.
