It was a pleasure to deal with my sales Rep., John Sosa, at Freedom, as always. The service department at Freedom has always met all my expectations in a professional and satisfactory manner.

I've bought alot of vehicles in my lifetime, and plan on buying alot more. If its a Chevy it will now be from Freedom Chevrolet. I never knew about this dealership until just recently. If I only knew!!! There are some really crappy chevy dealerships in this town(ancira, benson,vara)but this is NOT one of them. The way they do business is just do different then those other dealerships. The questions they ask and the way they ask them is just different!! I don't know any other way of putting it. They found and narrowed my NEEDS to exactly what they were in the matter of minutes. Then from there they showed me 2 vehicles that met what I was looking for. Not just one but two. And during the test drive, the salesperson literally made me want to buy the Tahoe right then and there. Its the best test drive I ever been on!!! And once we got back to talk price. They gave me there price and I signed right there. I probably should of haggled(like I normally do) but this guys deserve every dollar!!!! Amazing experience!!! Can't wait to do business with them again. Oh and I heard there remodling the whole place!!!! Should be a great looking dealership that everyone will notice driving by on IH-10 now. I was insulted by a Mr. Hollis Farley, and I will never go back! Drive by this place! I asked them about being 2000 higher than all the rest of the dealers in San Antonio and he told me to keep the lights on. What a poor excuse! As I was walking out he called me Mexican trash. Horrible people there!

I have purchased three vehicles from Mr. Richard Williams, New Cars. He has always conducted himself in a professional manner and most of all he is very knowledgable on all of the products that he sales. He is not a pushy salesperson, and yet he has always got the job done. All of my transaction were made with little effort on my part, matter in fact, on the last SUV I purchased Richard took care of the paperwork without me being there... Shortly after the sale the Service Manager mailed me a letter introducing himself and providing me a telephone number to call in the case I have vehicle trouble or if I just had a question. I recall two incidents where it was obvious that the Service Manager went out of his way to assist me. He was professional and he came through with what he promised. I was disappointed when the Service Department stopped issuing the Car Wash Passes when I had my SUV serviced. However, when I weighed my options, FREEDOM CHEVERLOT is still my dealership. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

When purchasing a car it is wise to check out the service dept. Freedom is lacking in quality and customer service in this department. Service mgr is very unresponsive to customer concerns. Try Benson Chevy instead.
