They have everything you need as far as heath foods. I purchase essiac tea. It is a cleansing tea - helped a friends child beat aplastic anemia. I also purchase gluten free products for a family member. They have many many products and are most helpful. Some of these products are a bit pricey but hard to find locally. Parking is never a problem and they are very helpful.

Great selection and a sales staff that knows their stuff. I was looking for something to curb some hot flashes and the sales person spent a lot of time asking some specific questions that steered me to the proper one for me.

Better Life has so many healthy foods, herbs, spices, vitamins, etc. They also feature many special events like wine tastings. Special healthy recipes are offered for just about everything you can think of. Many organics including beer and wine.
