I recently purchased a vehicle from BMAC. I had poor credit and was turned down by several other dealers, with a fairly large down payment I was able to purchase a decent car at a fair price, I'm thankful for the second chance BMAC gave me to reestablish my credit however when I tried to contact the sales department with some concerns about the plates and tags I couldn't reach anyone. I finally tried contacting another department and I found Gabby. Gabby was very kind right from the start, she seamed genuine in her concern to resolve my issues and I believe she went the extra mile in order to do so. Gabby has a natural ability to put a smile on someones face and make a business transaction a truly pleasant experience. Thank you BMAC and most of all thank you Gabby!!!!!!

Do I have to highlight one star? I am certain without a doubt that this company will be out of business in the State of California before we clebrate one more year. The list of legal complaints against them in the State of California is too long to list. The good reviews you read on this page are probably all written by the same person, the sales guy that calls peoople at home and threatens to "tag em and bag em", a phrase used to infer an intent to cause bodily harm. That is a threat, in any state. I have filed complaints in both Washington and California with the respective Attorney General's offices.

I bought a car from BMAC, and like alot of the negative feedback listers here, I had problems. 2 years later, I foundl myself paying for a car that still, did not perform as advertised. I filed a claim with BBB, and in return heard back from the owner whom I had never met before and had only dealt with sales people. Jason took my greiveance to heart, and honestly saught out to rectify my problems. I like others, had a problem with BMAC, but in all honesty, I have to tell you, the owner is a gem. He fixed my car (when a few other mechanics couldnt) is allowing me time to catch up on my missed payments. I learned so much about the LAW here in california, and have a better understanding of what BMAC can tell us and what they can't. I was thankful when they were there to give me a loan 2 years ago, and now I am thankful that I had a chance to deal with the owner Jason Petz, because he is a man of honor. Some of the office girls a nice and will go out of their way to help someone in a bad situation. But when my stepson go behind and his father and I stepped in to help, the Owner, Jason sent his repo gang to my house, where the car in question was stored behind three locked gates. They sent a minor child in to cut the locks on my gates and bashed them down with their truck, causing damage to my property. When my neighbors called the police for what they believed a robbery, because the robbers had cut the locks and disposed of them, the police decided to let them take the vehicle and we could sue in civil court for the damage to our property.

BMAC Auto and BMAC Finance is one in the same company. They are both housed in the same building and have the same owner. This company adverstised my car for four months after I purchased it. They are a scam, so beware

I turned up found a mini van i liked and decided i wanted it, the sales gut David Mogi was more than helpfull, he told it me as it was, i did not have bad credit i just did not have credit, he asked me how much i wanted to pay and he made the payments fit, i drove the car off the lot and that was it (i thought) after 1 day the breaks were soft and when i parked at costo it would not start! and it was fathers day, oh sh*t i am stuck, i phoned BMAC and told them what had happened, 30 minutes later David was at costco and jump started my car, he drove it around and said the breaks were not right! he came to my house the following morning (15 miles away from BMAC) left his car and picked mine up, 3 days later i went and picked it up and he had arranged for all the work to be done, it starts and stops like a little beuty now, i dont think it is the garage you should have a problem with it is the person you deal with, in my opinion David was profesional true to his word and went beyond the call of duty to help me out, interest rates a little higher? maybe but if you had perfect credit you would go to a main dealer if not pay your money and take your chance i did and am more than happy, treat people how you would like to be treated there is no point in shouting and screaming i found BMAC (mainly David) to be very helpfull and they have put me in a car when most would not, if you go to buy a car make sure you deal with Davig MOGI he made things work for me.

I purchased a SUV from BMAC in May 2009 and in the beginning all was fine. I was told I'd receive my registration and plates in the normal time frame of 4 - 6 weeks. I contacted my sales rep, Jesse (Mr. Congeniality) and was told he would speak to the person who submits the registrations and get back to me. It is now going into Oct with 1 month left on the drive out tags (valid for 6 mos) and Jesse has yet to call me back on this issue. I've called every other week trying to get this resolved, but he just tells you what you 'might' want to hear to get you off the phone. Going there in person doesn't help either....the sales team miraculously disappears. I called today to ask for the owners name and number and was told that information is not privy to customers. I am so disappointed in this transaction, I've contacted the BBB of Southern California to see if they can assist me in this issue and what my rights are in dealing with BMAC.

I purchased a car almost two years ago and have regretted ever since! I have never missed a payment and when my bank made an error rather than call me to tell me there was a problem, they turned off my car. Yes, they turned it back on, but that is not the point. After two years with no problems, you would think they would give a customer the benefit of the doubt. They also do not provide you with a statement with a running balance. AND they lied when I bought the car and said they would refinance after 12 months only to find they can't because they are not licensed for it. They also lied and said I was buying my car with factory warranty which I found out was void because the car had been in a front end collision.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

TERRIBLE HARRASMENT, ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE, and does not care if you have a situation, once that got you behind the eight ball it is over. Stay away... I posted another to this review and if BMAC doesnt like the truth they have it removed.... I regret the day I ever spoke to a salesperson.... Getting my self ready to ride the bus, accounting will not work with you under any circumstances, DO NOT BUY HERE!

Sure they will help you in the beginning, but after that be careful, they install a device on your car so if your late they turn it off. I had an issue where i gave them my payment, my card was not working and they didnt call me. They just turned my car off. Also when I lost my job and asked for a deferred payment after paying 8 mo on my car they told me no. now i have another job to start in jan and they didnt care. once they get you they get you. If you ask me they are SHARKS so be careful. all dealers are nice when they are selling the car but how are they going to act after the sale. im going to trade my car in so i dont have to deal with them.

DO NOT BUY HERE, YOU WILL GET TAKEN. Be careful, BMAC Auto Sales might sometimes try and cheat you. But then sometimes BMAC Auto Sales might try and not tell you the truth. However, other times, BMAC Auto Sales could actually take your money until false pretences. BMAC Auto Sales represents the worst of what used car dealers have to offer. DO NOT BUY HERE, YOU WILL GET TAKEN. What more can be said. . .

Oh, if for some reason you want to play with fire, watch out for Jesse, he is the worst. He is a master Ninja of completely robbing the used car buyer. I am a savvy buyer and was completely destroyed by him.

This company is not with the games, no fake presentations, they tell you how it is, and follow that to the line.

I would recommend BMAC to anyone with credit and money problems

I had been given the run around with several car dealers who told me I was approved even after I told them that I had horrible credit. 3 repos charge offs and nothing positive on my report because of past finacial problems, I saw the ad for BMAC on craigs list called and spoke to Larry he was very honest and professional on the phone, I went down to the car lot and found the same car that I wanted that was online, the whole prosess took 45 minutes to an hour and Larry was a big help, I would recommend BMAC to anyone who has been turned down or has horrible credit like me, now I have a second chance to reestablish my credit. If they can't get you a car no one can. My thanks to Larry for all his help...
