Let me start off by saying, you get more than you expect. I wanted to increase my energy- who doesn't right? Well, I learned so much! They offer an 8 wk and a 6 month program depending on what you need. I can honestly say that I have my energy back and I learned techniques to do at home. Kelly's the best. Thanks AY Wellness!

I first contacted AY Wellness because I was having a problem with rosacea and I heard they had an intensive program. I found out, through working with Kelly, that my problems actually existed in my liver, small intestines, and a severe mineral deficiency. I have been working with Kelly since the beginning of the year and my skin is clear and my body is running like never before. I have learned things that I have never heard before. I warn you, Kelly's programs are for people that really want to make changes in their skin and body and you have to stay on the program for it to work. I didn??t realize my skin problems were coming from inside and I didn't realize I could actually fix my problems. Kelly also addressed my low energy and recent weight gain. My husband is currently detoxing now too. After he saw my results, he wanted his own. AY Wellness is not available for walk-ins so make sure you call ahead and I know Kelly splits her time between a Coppell office and Plano office.
