Over the past three years, I have used 24 Moving twice. Once for personal use and once for my business. Both times they did a wonderful job. They are nothing but the best to work with. Very professional and they will not disappoint the customer one bit.

I tried to cancel the scheduled move literally minutes after hiring them as I realized my circumstances did not fit the service, and they refused to refund my deposit ($100), falsely claiming that they "had to turn away another customer who wanted your time slot" even though I hired them literally 2 minutes before and . That, to me, already screams unprofessional ism and plain lack of consideration for the customers. F-

Just a note to say thanks to you and everyone at 24 Moving for the outstanding service I received during my move. All of the quys were friendly, prompt, professional, courteous, and took great care in treating my furniture as if it was their own.

Your employees showed up neatly dressed and a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. They were required to maneuver large items through rather cramped spaces. They took their time and did so in such a manner that all of my valuable pieces of furniture were undamaged (without even a scratch). Even though they slowed down to make sure that no damage occurred? they finished the entire move in a timely fashion.

The guys were friendly and efficient. I am very satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend 24 Moving to others.They arrived on time and presented themselves in a very professional manner. They wrapped and packed my items with extreme care. Overall I thought the move went well.

I would like to express our thanks and appreciation for the job your movers did on Saturday moving us from Los Angeles to Fresno . They were professional in every sense of the word and were not put off by either our less than adequate preparation or the difficulties of negotiating large objects down our twisting staircase. Moving day went smoothly - that statement alone summing up the experience. The personnel were all very courteous, friendly and professional. They showed up when they said they would and completed the move in about the time they estimated despite our having surprised them on moving day with some extra things to pack (because we gave them bad info; not because of their planning). The final cost was still within $100 of the estimate and certainly justified by the extra work with which we surprised them. Overall, it was probably the best move my wife and I have made and we would certainly use them again when we next need to move.

Pros: Almost too good to be true

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the efforts of two of your employees. We used your services (for the second time) to move my family from a third floor apartment to our new home 6 miles away. Two of your employees, Victor and Amir, were the lucky guys that got to carry our furniture down three flights of stairs. They did so with great care and speed. A couple pieces were quite heavy, but your men took it in stride and got the job done. They loaded our three bedroom apartment into the truck and then into our new home in less than 3 1/2 hours. They treated our furniture as if it were their own and did not damage anything. They should be commended for their work ethic. It is nice to know that there are still companies out there that care about customers and live up to their advertisements. This is the second time that I've have received exceptional service from your company and I assure you that I will be calling on you again when the need arises. In the mean time I will continue to tell all my friends and colleagues that are moving, to use your company.

Your movers took the time upon arrival to ensure that I had properly secured my cats, and took the time to drape a furniture pad down to minimize the amount of dirt being tracked in and out of the house
