Epic Transportation

I've had my share of rude people over the phone, but I would have never expected it to be from a limo service. I call in to check their price quotes and the male representative working at 1:20 in the afternoon on Tuesday July 13, 2010, has been by far one of the rudest encounters that I have ever had. I simply asked what their quote was (before I had checked online to see their price quote) and the rep stated something more expensive. I simply asked with no harm intended why this was so (trust me I am not lacking in money and am a very generous guy, it was a friends bday and I wanted it to be extra special), and he gives me a shi**y attitude. I see that they have good reviews, but seriously, whoever it was I was talking to really needs to understand their business a little more.

Just wanted you to know that the limo experience was GREAT! Raul was WONDERFUL. In fact, I am getting ready to make another reservaton for a ride in same type limo to LAX from Pasadena this Friday. You and your staff have been very professional and the service rendered was SUPERB!

Always on time and always personable. Curtis and staff make every effort to please the most discerning clientelle. You won't find a more reasonable price for this kind of high quality service. Would not go anywhere else.

I have orchestrated several trips for disabled students to proms and homecoming dances, and without question our experience last night was the best. Will was not only professional, but demonstrated great compassion and character. He went above and beyond what was expected. He voluntarily went out of his way to help me out with a parking issue, and did everything he could to assist our kids with their special needs. \r\n\r\nWe will definitely look toward using your services again. Epic Transportation is one fo the best limousine services in Los Angeles. The service cannot be better. They are so nice on the phone when you set things up, and the drivers continue that! There was nothing bad about this place!

WOW! The service provided by Epic Limousines during our recent family vacation was superb. Both drivers were prompt, courteous and friendly. We got exactly where we needed to be ahead of schedule. I was cautious making a reservation online with a company I had no knowledge of, but all my concerns were eliminated. He helped collect the bags, and escorted us out to the waiting limousine. Even my husband was delightfully surprised! We very much appreciate the service and quality provided by EPIC for transportation for the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. The vehicles were well kept and the service professional and courteous.
