Rescue Rooter

Before job started we are promised that video inpection will be done for free. First responsible person had no time to come right away, then they forgot completle about this promise. We called them, guy come and asked for additional cost to perform the job. Guy sended back home. Poor serice.

They came out for a main sewer line back up and told us it would be over $18,000 to fix. Called another company and they said they could fix it by just rootering the line. They did and have not had a problem since.

Beware of this company

I called the 800 for Rescue Rooter yesterday morning at 7:45 am. They were very nice on the phone and boasted that they have set 1 hour windows for service. I was offered a few and booked between 4 and 5 for the same day. I was told that I would be called about 30 minutes before they showed up at my house. Before I left work at 3:45 (a couple of hours early), I called to confirm my appointment. I was told, "that it looked more like 6:30 now". I had not heard anything, so at 6:30 I called and was told that it still would be a "few more hours". I got a call from them at 9:45 and was told that it would be about 10:30.

Cary knocked on my door at 10:30 and was pleasant. He was very educational and showed me what was happening with my clogged main drain. He quoted me the $418 plus $30 for pulling the toilet and snaking the drain. I was very excited about 1 1/2 hours later I had my showers and toilets back in working order.

This would have been a good experience if the appointment time had been honored, but because it was about 6 hours late, I would put down a not recommend.

I called rescue rooter as I had a blocked drain. What a disaster! I asked for a quote when I called and they told me that I would get a quote once they looked at the problem. I thought fair enough, so scheduled an appointment. The "Plumber" came at the designated time and looked at the problem and came back to me with an outrageous quote, when I told him that it was ridiculous he came down 60% from his original quote. He spent the next hour trying to unblock my pipe with no luck. He told me that I should call another plumber or even more of a laugh "use liquid plumber". After he left I noticed that the blockage was worse, and not only was one pipe clogged but now I have two backed up pipes.
