Floors & Walls, LLC

I had Floors & Walls come in and competely renovate my kitchen. They were very helpful from the begining planning stages all they way through to the end. I am very pleased with there work.

I had Floors & Walls come in and do a large sheet rock job for me. I had no problems with there workmanship and there prices were very reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

I have read the reviews and Imust say that the first review must not be about the company that I had used. Floors & Walls were completely, reliable, understanding and there workmanship was amazing. They were extreemely attentive to details. They were promt and extreemely curtious. I would highly recomend them to anyone I know.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. In regards to construction and repair work, only one such company, Floors and Walls General Contractors, stands out in my mind as a leader in their field. Their humanity and diligence is never in question once they begin a project in your home. They repaired my home two times in a period of a week each time. It is not just the fact they repair your home, it is how they approach the job and carry it through to the end. You can see that they care and they treat your home as if it was their own.
It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Joe Patti. Joe, Tim, Doug, and Ron are well-trained, highly professional, trustworthy and most cooperative people I have met. Every time that Joe was asked to help the project, he responded. He addressed all our concerns. Joe is almost too generous and too kind to be in the construction business.
I have the utmost respect for Mr. Patti and his company, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Floors and Walls General Contractor for any project forthcoming. He is my contractor for life.

I retained floors & walls to furnish and install drywall and tape in an addition to my home. The drywaller who was assigned the project would come and go as he pleased with minmal supervision and no knowledge of what we wanted or what was required. He wanted to install my outside corners with no corner beads. He also had an attitude problem which we brought to the attention of floors & walls as the project progressed. Floors & walls had based their price upon using 12 foot boards so as to not have any horizontal joints but this information never made it to the drywaller who cut up the boards and installed them horizontally. The cuuts around the windows and the electrical penetrationw were sloppy at best, and it took me 4 hours to correct those that could be corrected. He never bothered to cover my outlets and one of them is now clogged with compound. A few months after the work was completed, some of the taped inside corner joints separated. Floors & walls inspected the defects and repaired the defective joints. However, since I had already painted the space before the joints separated, the room needs to be repainted. I told them I have spare paint and said that I would accept the painting of the repaired areas only. As it stands now I can't get my phone calls returned. On top of this they attempted to get me to sign a document waiving the remainder of my warranty. It seems that supervision and quality control are unknown to them. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are cheap but I now know why.
