This is a fine place to get fit. They have a great room that has all the space that you need and everywhere is well ventilated. Their facilities are amazing too.

The ambiance in here is really a wonderful peaceful aura. The place reeks of the great karma that we all look for, just a great place to center yourself.

This is the best studio in Denver and Dana is the best instructor. Instructors from other studios come to Dana's classes because she is so good (honestly). Dana is super smart (and funny!) and knows so much about physiology that I always learn something new at class and she can always make small adjustments to make things already mastered more difficult and challenging. I've been to two other studios and neither hold a candle to Dana and The Pilates Movement. Because Dana knows so many instructors who are in her classes, she can pick the very best to be instructors at her studio. As a result, the other instructors at top notch too. I don't have one bad thing to say. I have never liked exercise that much but am addicted to Pilates because of Dana and her studio.

The instructors are extrememly knowledgable and experienced and provide personal attention based on your speciifc needs and goals - even in a group setting! I have been doing Pilates at this studio for almost a year, and I am completely hooked. I wouildn't go anywhere else!

I had never done pilates before visiting the Pilates Movement. The staff really took the time to make sure I was doing everything correctly and getting the most out of the class. I've already noticed a difference in the way I feel and look.

The Pilates Movement made me a Pilates convert! I had tried it before, but now I really see results. Plus, it is a super-cute studio within walking distance from everywhere downtown (or you can park in front for 25 cents!)

The small classes ensure that the instructors can make sure you are doing the moves the correct way. The instructors really know what they are talking about and get to know you as a person. Pilates Movement made me a Pilates convert!

This Pilates Studio is fantastic. I started over two weeks ago and feel amazing everytime I finish a class. The owner, Dana is so precise and Stephanie is so personable and skilled in her teaching. I have just finished a series of semi-privates and group classes and each time my body feels the difference. I feel more in tune with my body, I feel STRONGER already...after two weeks. Dana has set up such a great studio with her equipment and instructors. I love it and have told everyone about it because I;m so pumped. I could not want for a better atmosphere or studio.Once you come to the Pilates Movement it changes how you move feel and think!

It really is. I never have that feeling of dread you sometimes get before working out because I know I'll feel so good when I'm done!! I've done Pilates for a long time (in New York city for much of it where many of the renowned teachers are) and I've never had a better teacher than Dana!

I highly recommend Dana! I use pilates to relieve some back issues I have and cannot say enough good things! She is extremely well-informed, a good and patient teacher (gives good visualizations so you can key in on the core part of your body that is necessary for the particular exercise).. and overall, understands anatomy very well so that Pilates can be very therapeutic.. In the wrong hands, Pilates can really mess up a bad back.

Dana (owner/instructor) works with each student to tailor the movements for the greatest benefit, regardless of body type. Pilates Movement has improved my posture, core strength, and significantly reduced historic hip flexor and lower back problems.
I find that the exercises/movements have benefited my kayaking, skiing, and running through increased core strength and overall balance.
Highly recommended, the classes are difficult but the rewards more than compensate.

The instructors at this studio are incredible. The classes are fun, challenging and motivating, and I always feel great afterwards. I would reccommend the studio, instructors and classes to everyone!

The instructors make the studio and the instructors at this studio are OUTSTANDING! The studio's location is AWESOME! Parking is super easy and one quarter gets you an ENTIRE HOUR on the parking meter! Join this studio and get your body moving in the right direction!
