I absolutely loved the Collagen facial with Diamond Dermabrasion I received from Sasha at Oxygen. It's been 2 weeks now since I saw her, and my skin STILL looks and feels like I was just there. The atmosphere instantly put my mind at ease, and the entire staff was both welcoming and friendly. Bonus: Sasha also did an excellent job waxing my eyebrows and bikini area.
Then I had a wonderful Massage from Alex. . The facial and massage tricked me into believing I was on vacation; the aromas, music, and expertise of the aesthetician and massage therapist truly pampered me.
I will definitely be coming back, hopefully very soon!

I am so happy that Sharee is back from her maternity leave! She does the best hair extensions and weaves in Denver and she has the most reasonable prices. I've tried other hair dressers while she was gone and nobody can do such a good job.
It's nice to be back at Oxygen Salon too. I love what they've done with the place and the owners are very nice.

i have followed Jessica around town for the last 5 years and this is the best salon of them all. it is clean, relaxing and the staff are always very friendly. they carry nice, high-end products but are still very down to earth folks. i'd highly recommend it!

When i received a massage here, the therapist answered his cell phone three times during my massage. I was astounded that he could be so unprofessional.

I believe that al these bad reviews are fake because they all appeared here at the same time, some of them are on the same day. Suddenly all these people that are "so unhappy" decided to write here all at the same time? That doesn't even make sence. You look at other businesses and they don't even get a review(good or bad) every month. It's obvious that these are the same people and they are trying too hard.

1. I will never go here, nor will I recommend this place to friends.

I think this is a great place! I followed Sasha and Natella here from their other salon and I LOVE Sasha's facials and eyebrow waxing and Natella's pedicures and manicures. I started going to Alex 3 years ago and I think that he is the best massage therapist I've ever been to. Thanh is wonderful with my hair. This place is very welcomming and friendly.

Not sure why they assume all these bad reviews are fake. I got a massage from Alex, and it was really bad. I wouldn't let him touch me with a ten foot pole.

I started going to Alex in June as a result of a recommendation from a friend. Everything around and under my left shoulder blade was in pain, and not knowing what was wrong, I decided starting w/massage therapy was the best option. As a runner who does semi-monthly races and has qualified for the Boston marathon, I was to the point of taping my left shoulder blade down to keep it immobile enough so that the pain wasn't too unbearable when running, biking, etc. Not running or exercising was not an option. After three 1.5-hour sessions w/Alex - once a week for three consecutive weeks - I had zero pain in my back and full mobility of my left shoulder. I was able to run w/no tape and do push-ups and planks w/zero pain. Alex understands the importance of pressure points and the complex interconnectedness of the human muscular system. I continue to go to Alex once a month b/c he massages and he re-aligns - two very important things for a runner - and I leave literally feeling like new. I've never had a massage experience similar to the one Alex provides. I appreciate his unique approach and the fact that results are immediate. I will always recommend him.

I agree, this has to stop! I am another client who left Venessa for Alex. He is a much better specialist then her and very good at what he does. Plus I love going to Oxygen salon. I don't like getting my services done at home, it just doesn't feel the same.
I am glad that after Staci (the previous review) wrote the real story Venessa at least removed her own review from here. But what about all these fake ones that you guys wrote to destroy these people's reputation using different names? They were all written in the last couple of days (isn't it strange?) Why don't you remove them also? WHAT A SHAME!

I want to make this story clear. This girl who is trying to ruin Alex's reputation is VENESSA. She works as A massage therapist at Brown Palace spa. I am one of the clients who left her for Alex. A while ago I got a gift certificate to get a massage at Brown Palace and Venessa was my therapist. It was my first massage ever. During massage she said that she could do my massages at home much cheaper ( their prices are very high). I got a few massages from her. After a while my friend reffered me to Alex at Oxygen. What a difference! He is amazing! And his prices are reasonable.
When VENESSA called me and asked why I am not coming any more I made a mistake of telling her that I am going to Alex At Oxygen. She got very angry and said that she already heard about him from other clients. Then she came to Oxygen to get a massage from Alex. Why would she come to him if she works with a whole bunch of other massage therapists and can get massage there for free or trade ?
I heard about this campain by Venessa and I can't believe my eyes! WHAT A SHAME! All "bad" reviews are written at the same time period. DON'T BELIEVE ANY OF THIS BS !!! ALEX IS GREAT!

I work with local publications on various spa reviews. I have to say my experience here was the worst. Everyone was unprofessional, I barely got through my massage. I would have left during the massage but I was scared Alex would try to keep me there.

This experience will no doubt be written up in my next review.

I had been here once to get my nails done. It was such a great experience that I decided to get a massage here. Boy, was that a mistake.

It was just bad. He didn't focus on any of the areas that I said needed work. I would find another spa to get massages at. There's sooo many good therapists in Denver, don't waste your time with a fake like this.

Got a massage here a while ago. I can't say anything creepy happened, but maybe that's because I'm a guy.

But I've received massage for the past 8 years after suffering from a disk injury in my back.

This guy (Alex I think) had no clue what he was doing. He was all over the place, massaging my feet and then my shoulders. Good massage should flow well. The whole thing was just really bad. I'm not sure where he got his training from, but I've had better massages from therapists fresh out of school.

I could never in good faith tell anyone to go here. Stay far, far away.

I've been going to Alex for the last 3 years. He is great! He is the best massage therapist I've been to.
This girl is crazy! She would not give up! It's obvious that she is jellos and angry. I've never seen anybody who would try so hard to destroy somebody's business. Why don't you just work on trying to improve your own skills.
But don't worry guys - more publicity is only better for your salon.

I've been hearing about this great spa but until now haven't had the opportunity to see for myself. What a great place. If I had known I wouldn't have waited so long. The place is gorgeous, the people are gracious, the service is over the top. I signed up for the works. I've been to a lot of spas but must say this was the best massage I've ever had (by Alex). My facial person (Sasha) was very knowledgeable and she gave me an excellent facial . I ended my afternoon with a pedicure (by Anita). My pedicure was very thorough. I received a great leg and foot massage and a beautiful polish job to end it all. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. Can't wait to come back with a few friends!!!! Fantastic!!

The last three reviews are written by competitor - another massage therapist (we know exactly who that is). Several of her clients started going to Alex and she has been writing bad reviews on different sites for the last 2 weeks using different names. She is trying to trash our salon.
For three and a half years we had very positive rating and we were in TOP 5 in 2008 on Channel 7. Alex is very professional, he is licensed and has a large high end clientelle who love him and they always recommend him to their friends. And suddenly within one week we get one bad review after another. Doesn't it sound suspicious? And what coupons you had for our salon-spa? We dont even have coupons. Is Somebody on a mission to hurt our business?

This guy gave me the worst massage I've ever had. It was really uncomfortable. I've had many massages, and this was just terrible. I read some of the other reviews written by women, and I totally agree that this guy is creepy.

I think he's used to giving massages in some third world country where that kind of behavior is acceptable. I can't believe this guy still works here.

Alex is the best massage therapist in Denver. I love his massages, he is very professional and experiensed. His massage helped me when I could not even move my neck and nobody else could help me. Now I go to see Alex regulary and he helps me every time!

Alex gave the worst massage I have ever had anywhere. I really should have left part way through. Nothing felt good or relaxing at all. He went in no order, which most massage therapists do. He would pull on my toes then rub my face. He used lotion and it would dry out and then he would just rub his dry hands randomly around my body. He rubbed areas that I crossed out on the sheet and, when I layed on my back, he rubbed the sides of my breasts and then between them. I'm not modest but I dont know why he would think that is a good idea. I really do not think he has been trained in the US. He answered his cell phone 3 times during the massage. Do not go here for a relaxing massage because you will feel even worse when you leave.

Alex is the best massage therapist in Denver. I've had a lot of massages in my life and Alex is deffenatly the best!
He is very experienced and attentive to your needs. And his prices are reasonable.

Jessica has been my stylist for 7 years now! She always gives me exactly what I want to a tee. Every time I leave the salon I feel so stylish and my hair is so soft. Jessica also cuts my husbands hair and it has never looked better. She also gave us a nutrition session we have lost 15 pounds so far this month. Thanks Jessica for making us look and feel our best!

I love Oxygen Salon. It is beautiful, modern and relaxing. The staff is very inviting and friendly. Most importantly, I love the way my hair looks when I am done. Thanh is easy to work with and knows what he is doing. He always gives me the perfect cut for my face and the best color for my skin tone.
I also went to Sasha and had the best facial in my life! Natella does great pedicures. I would recommend this place to all of my friends.

I went to Oxygen to see Sasha for Airbrush tanning because I met this girl at my gym and she had a beautiful tan. She told me that it was not from Hawaii - she goes to Sasha. I had several bad experiences with spray tan before but decided to give it one more try. It was totally worth it. My tan looked great! It was even, did not stink, didn't turn yellow and didn't dry out my skin. Sasha is wonderful and makes you feel absolutely comfortable and relaxed. And she took time to talk to me about my skin care.
My experience at Oxygen was very pleasant. It is an Upscale salon-spa with down to earth staff! Everybody was really nice and I've noticed that clients' hair looked wonderful after their hair appointments. I made a hair appointment with Than for the next day and absolutely loved my haircut. I also liked the product that he used on my hair. While I was getting my hair done I noticed that all the stylists were excellent specialists but didn't have that "Cherry Creek" attitude that could be so unpleasant... I loved the atmosphere.
I also scheduled my massage and highlights for next week and I look forward to going back to Oxygen. Highly recommend it!

My girlfriend has been raving about Sasha and recommended her for skin care and waxing for couple of years. But I was hezitant to change. For my birthday last year she gave me a gift certificate for a collagen facial with Sasha and 1 hour massage with Alex. I was impressed - they did an awesome job. After that I became their regular client . My skin has never looked better and Alex has helped me with my back problems many times.
Recently I decided to get my haircut and highlights at Oxygen by Galina and was very happy! She is wondrefull! I will be back.
I would highly recommend this salon to anybody. Everybody there is nice, very accommodating, and have supperb skills.

I have brown hair and have been highlighting it for over five years now. i have changed plenty of salons gone to different stylist and to be honest, was never happy with the results. I have heard about Larissa at Oxygen salon from a friend and decided to give it a try. I was absolutely in love :) the salon looks great very friendly and hip and staff is absolutely amazing. I have brought a picture of the highlights that i wanted and i got exactly what i wanted and also great advice about the haircut and colors! She is by far the best stylist in town, she has the right styles and she does an awesome job, if you are unhappy with what you are getting and feel like what you want is impossible to reach, give Larissa a try you won't regret it! Thank you very much Larissa!!!!

I just read a review written by luckyduckss... I've been going to see Alex for the the last couple of years and never felt uncomfortable! I recommended him to several of my girlfriends and everybody loves him. He is very professional and knowledgable and he gives the best massages. He actually works on fixing whatever joint or muscular problem you have and helped me and my friends many times to feel better. Maybe this girl has her own issues and need a different tipe of therapist... I love going to this place!

I went to Jessica on Saturday after seeing a women in Starbucks with the most beautiful curly hair ever. She told me she sees Jessica at Oxygen Salon for her haircuts and color. I called Jessica and was happy that she could get me in when I wanted I was also seen at the time of my appointment (which was rare for most stylist I have been to ). I was happy to see that Jessica had naturally curly hair also! Jessica was very complete with asking me how I handle my hair on a daily basis. I explained that I am a wash and air dry kind of gal. She gave me a great cut that complemented my curls, styling advice, and recommended a product that works fantastic with my new cut. I will be returning to Jessica for my cuts from now on. If you have curly hair Jessica is the girl for you!!!

I was surprised to hear there was only one masseuse at oxygen spa when I called to book my appointment and use the gift certificate my boyfriend gave me for a 90min massage. I prefer a female masseuse as I am female but have had men in the past who've done a great job so I proceeded to book the appointment. I asked the person on the phone what the options for massages were of which there were only two, sweedish or therapy massage. She didn't know what the therapy massage entailed so I went with the sweedish. One masseuse and one type of massage I thought that was limiting but then I thought "it's in Cherry Creek so it must be good." To be honest the massage techniques were good, the bed heated, hot stones and nice music. My one issue was that throughout the massage I kept feeling uncomfortable with the feeling that I wasn't being properly covered while my legs were being massaged or stretched and I felt the massage was way too close to the groin area to the point of feeling uncomfortable. I circled my neck as the problem area on their form but he spent the majority of the time massaging my rear. I have had many massages over my life time and this is the first time I have ever felt uncomfortable. If you are at all modest or are use to more protocols with your massage I don't recommend seeing the masseuse at this spa.

Robert is the best stylist at this salon. He knows exactly what he's doing, and will give you the best look every time.

I recently followed Jessica from her prior salon to my new favorite salon Oxygen:) I was extremely impressed (as always) with my lovely new shiny color and sheik cut. And, Jessica shaped my eyebrows beautifully. The cool thing was I got a manicure while I was processing. The salon is very relaxing and welcoming. The staff offers an assortment of massages and facials which I look forward to receiving. I love the concept of a one stop salon.

I was referred to Sasha by a friend about 4 months ago and have been a regular client ever since. After just one acne treatment I noticed improvements in my skin. So far, I've done one chemical peel, and will continue to do a series of them. Her prices are reasonable for services and the skincare line. You can't put a price on the confidence boost one gets from having clear skin!

Oxygen Salon has a comfortable atmosphere, professional service, and very friendly staff.
My favorite stylist is Ann Nguyen.
Ann Nguyen is not only an excellent stylist but very competent in all other areas of cosmetology.
Besides keeping abreast of the latest techniques and products, Ann is personable, outgoing, and helpful. She also has a great sense of humor. Ann has been styling my hair for several years, and I have followed her from her previous location to Oxygen.
I am always pleased not only with my hair, but the other services as well.

When I need waxing I go to Sasha.I'VE been her client for 12 years.I've tried other aesthetitians,but nobody can compare to her.I ALWAYS get complements on my eyebrows and she does the best and most painless "brazillian".All my girlfriends now go to her and love it!!! And we love this new spa and oxygen bar! Everybody there is so professional and friendly,and the place is beautiful.

My normal spa was booked for an eyebrow wax so I called Oxygen and they could take me right away,...should have been a red flag right there.
I arrived and the place just felt dirty. I was taken to the salon floor where they do hair cuts and was seated in the uncomfortable hair washing station for my waxing. I guess I am just used to a relaxing, private room at my normal spa. The woman Ann who did my waxing, was nice, but kept trying to promote her other services. "I can do eyebrow tinting, extentions, eyelash, lips...ect, um no thanks, I am here for an eyebrow wax. She never asked if the wax was ok, which it was not, it was way too hot, and on top of all that, my eyebrows are COMPLEATLY uneven!!!
I should have gone with my gut instint and just left. I will never go back!!
Next time time try Arvilla or Wax in the city, they are worth the wait

The atmosphere of the salon is friendly, clean, and modern, and they offer a full range of services in addition to hair, such as mani/pedi, massage, oxygen, and other types of skin treatments. I was recently in Denver for a wedding and needed a quick haircut and went to Oxygen, and it turned out to be the right decision since not only did I get the most stylish haircut from Ann, but was also given a few tips on hair highlight and ended up getting that done as well by Ann, which turned out perfect. She was so nice and friendly that the whole experience made me feel like I'd been going to the salon for years. Too bad I didn't live in Denver, or else this salon would easily be my new favorite salon. Thanks again Ann, all my friends in Denver have your number now. :-)
