Thank you so much for the most recent plumbing work. As always, your workers were so very polite and competent and all- from your office staff to technicians- are a pleasure to deal with. I wish we knew the names of each and every one, but

Had 2 other companies come to my house for a problem with my kitchen sink. Had problems with it after they left. I called this company and have yet had a problem with it since. Their plumber was very polite and full of information. He

Pros: Very efficient
Our first concern over this company arose over the method of swapping out thermo-couplers and valves over the course of several charged visits by different employees as the diagnostic phase of fixing our hot water tank. Six hours after what we assumed was the final repair, it stopped working again.
Now, until this time over the week of problems, I was still able to relight the pilot to at least ensure hot water, one tank at a time, for my family to bath. The young man on this last visit informed us that after his work that evening we no longer even had that ability to heat the tank and he would be charging us once more for doing this. We refused to pay for what amounted to his making the situation worse.
That night, I discovered on-line that the manufacturer's parts had a history of defect. If the plumbers would have mentioned this to me a week ago I would've respected that opinion and would have even had them install a new tank. Through the process they never quite understood that I was paying for the professional expertise they were supposed to bring into my house. Trial and error methods installing the same parts every few days, just didn?t instill confidence in their skill level. Needless, to say, someone else got our business the very next day.

Pros: They pride themselves in getting to your home quickly
Cons: If they don't really fix anything once they get there -quick really isn't that important!

That night I discovered on-line that the manufacturer's parts had a history of defects. This however, does not obsolve the professionals providing the repair service of their professional obligations. If the plumbers would have mentioned this to me a week ago I would've respected that opinion and would have even had them install a new tank. If they come to know, through experience, that a particular product is not confidently repairable by them they should not spend so much of my time and money pretending they can do the job. Through the process they never quite understood that I was paying for the professional expertise they were supposed to bring into my house. Trial and error methods installing the same parts every few days, just didn??t instill confidence in their skill level. Needless, to say, someone else got our business the very next day.
As someone that does work in customer service, I was surprised there was no follow-up from the company when the relationship ended in tension. In fact, they just sent me a generic advertising assuming I was a satisfied previous customer, oblivious to our last firmly stated opinion directly to them that we were the farthest thing from a satisfied customer.
