I saw Dr. Joseph Larsen and Dr. Paul Betschart who were decent doctors, but the office has terrible organization. On my first visit was fitted for orthotics (insoles for shoes), paid $500, and told to expect them in about four weeks.

My treatment from Dr Larsen was really good, which is the most important thing, but the receptionist was lacking in basic manners. For example, she demanded my co-payment with just one abrupt word: ""Forty"". Manners cost nothing, and don't take that much effort; so I left the office with a bad taste in my mouth. The office was also a bit dingy (not a window in sight); but having said that I would not call into question the standard of medical treatment at this place - it appears to be very good. If they hired some better mannered receptionists, I would have likely given them 5 stars.

I recently came here after going a few times to there east side location. I work on the west side and it was much easier, the offices are brand new and very clean. Dr. Doolan was very profesional and really helped me with foot. I would highly recommend this to anyone with any foot issues.
