Spring Cleaning - These are my favorite guys to call! They are super nice on the phone and the tech's show up on-time. We have 4 kids and 3 dogs and between the flu season and an oopsy-daisy our carpet was a mess! I asked Jim, our tech if he could slide the kid's beds around and clean underneath to make sure we got EVERY possible thing clean. He was very polite and got to work right away to steam and scrub out every little spot, Yay! I've tried to save money and rent a Rug Doctor, but it the quality is just not there. I'm really happy the carpet is clean again! They use 'Green' products, so NO ASTHMA flair ups, corner protectors for the walls, and foam blocks to lift the furniture up while the carpet is drying (the legs on our coffee table are metal and can leave black marks). I appreciate those helpful things in life. After the carpets were dry the kids rolled around and set up little couch tents with their blankets and pillows - very fun for our family time in the evening.
... I waited 6 days before I wrote my review. Why? Well, this time I used the enzyme treatment and I wanted to give the carpet a few days to set. The carpet is clean and fresh. Huge thumbs up from this family!

I was curious so I watched him at work, and didn't notice a big difference at first, I just saw all the brown yuck coming off of the traffic areas, but when he pulled the steam cleaner out it was like night & day!

I called last week to schedule a housecleaning appointment, the woman I spoke with over the phone was very nice, she listened and gave me all of the prices with no pressure to schedule. I had a coupon that was $40 off and they honored it and were able to get me in within a couple days. I chose Saturday and she told me that I would be getting a team of two at 10 AM. They showed up at 9:55 and waited until 10 before knocking ( I appreciate that ). My baby also was getting cranky and wanted to take a nap so the house cleaners got all of the loud things taken care of first (vacuuming, dishes, and bathrooms) so I could try to get her to sleep after that, and I did!
When I came out of her room I noticed not only did they do everything on my list they went beyond what I had asked them to do. They vacuumed the furniture, Steamed all of my hardwood floors and actually started the load of dirty sheets in my washer for me ( my previous cleaners would leave it at the top of the stairs for me to carry down) ! When they were about done one of the girls asked if she could do a "walk through" with me to make sure everything was done to my expectations. During the walk through I realized how hard they worked and how efficient they were. Even when I clean all day long I cannot get my home as clean as these girls can!
I think I will be calling them again to set up a monthly cleaning service!
