Your customer representative answered right away and set up an appointment for the exact time I requested. The time was important to me because my schedule is very tight. Also, they called me 30 minutes before they arrived at my house. The technician was friendly, extremely helpful and very professional.
My Kenmore washer wasn't spinning or draining yet it was repaired within 45 minutes. And, without an additional charge, the repairman cleaned the lint which was building up into my dryer vent line.
I'd have to say San Francisco Appliance Repair wins my vote. I'll call them up and no one else next time I have appliance repair needs.

They waited for me when there was a mix-up about a key. I??d used them before to fix my dryer and knowing how trustworthy they are, I actually left them a key so they could start the repair on my refrigerator without me. I haven't got the bill yet, but the appliance repair technician volunteered that he was going to talk to his manager about not charging me for a full hour because the refrigerator repair took him only 30 min. Personally, if I'd been him I'd talk to the manager about charging me double because he was waiting outside for over 45 minutes.
