Do not sign a contract with these people and definitely do not give them your credit card details. We rolled over our DSL service to Intercom Online when they bought out the company we were previously using. We figured we'd give it a try and signed for one year of service. One year later, after many outages of service (ranging in time from one hour to approximately 2 weeks at a time), we cancelled our service and we're told that their contracts 'auto-renew' and that we owed them 'cancellation of contract' fees even though we had honored our agreement and paid them for one year of poor service. They began fraudulently charging our card and have harassed us via phone and mail for many months. Do not sign a contract with this company unless you are OK with the fact that you will never get out of it without having to pay them off.
