Doctor Auto was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. They were able to do it within 30 minutes and fixed the issue within a few hours! I am very impressed and pleased.

I was very pleased with the service I was provided. I actually felt like a person and not just a dollar sign. You worked with my extended warranty and helped me out ASAP. With times as hard as they are and to have my only mode of transportation out of commission was stressful and a bit emotional seeing that I had a horrible, horribly, experience w/a major dealership that happily and easily took my money from my pocket just to have my vehicle given back the same way I had left it at the dealer and after getting it back 2-3 other times have it leave me stranded right off the lot , where again I paid for them to fix it and tow it. So yes!!! You guys are a fresh of breath air! I will recommend you to everyone I know! I got my van back the next day and I couldn't be happier.

We have been looking for a good auto shop in Vegas for years. Thought we found one but it didn't work out. I took my Durango to Doctor Auto hoping they were what we were looking for. They were! They even took me home while my car was being worked on and picked me up when it was finished. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and the cost was spot on what they estimated for me. Great job guys!

Yes they are very efficient reasonable prices very nice to deal with, They found the pump was just dirty and did not need replacing as told by another shop thank you for your honesty.

Alternator was replaced. the old one was still under warranty I appreciated that they tracked down the warranty which covered the cost of the alternator.
