I've purchased three used cars from Mitchell Saab/Volvo and when time permits I return there for service (I live an hour or so away).. they are spectacular, the staff is so friendly and not pushy at all, they remember me and my wife by name, even employees with whom I don't recall dealing with.. I've recommended a number of friends and relatives to Mitchell, Especially to Ozzie, our excellent salesperson.
