A few years ago, I went before my brother's wedding to see if I could look a little tighter in a sleeveless dress. Forget it. Somehow, you will end up technically losing 10 inches, but that's adding up miniscule amounts from your entire body. They claim it's the mineral solution they put on you, but you're really just sweating it out. Also, very uncomfortable. They wrap you like a mummy and make you use the treadmill. Please!

They said "guaranteed to lose 10" or your money back" and I did lose exactly that...10" but it was like .1" from my forearm, .15" from my wrist, all the way down to my ankles. Once they added up the "lost" inches, it totaled up to 10". I think it was sort of a scam. If I wrapped myself up in ace bandages and got on the treadmill, I'm sure I should sweat out that same thing. I don't know what the liquid was, but it smelled terrible. I guess they delivered what they promised, but I still think it's a scam...for all the money it costs (over $100 per wrap), and you have to go back each week if you want to maintain those inches lost.
