Sales person was great. Installers did a fabulous job. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Very pleased to have hired to do a rather large heating and air conditiong installation. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would definetly recommend to my family, friends, and you.

Give Tamim a raise! Seriously, I bought my old furnace from you more than 20 years ago. Youre a good reliable company!

Service was wonderful from the first call until Rico installed the heater. From the two men (and lady) that brought us a heater to use, your company is #1 in my books!

Sales person was great. Installers did a fabulous job. My only recommendation is to have a little quicker response and appearance time. But overall I was very pleased with the service.

They installed a complete Infinity system in 2005.
In the first month I had to call them twice to re-adjust the system, and they came in saying they do not know much about the System and had to call "Experts".
They sold me an Extended warranty for "Full parts and Labor". Apparently a broken $550 thermostat is not considered a "Part".
They also installed an Attic fan. It snaps the circuit breaker and has never worked. There go my $500 down the drain.
I am giving them one star as I cannot give them "Negative" stars.

Yesterday we had Atlas come out for a tune-up on our (Working!) furnace & A/C. The guy was nice and friendly and was done fairly quickly. I then went off to work, but my wife got home last night to find out that our heat was no longer working!! Atlas broke our furnace when it had been working perfectly fine!! We each called the Atlas emergency phone number and left voice messages for them. btw... last night was in the 30's and one of the coldest nights of the year!!!\r
\r
We checked the fuses and made sure the thermostat and switch next to the furnace were on, but no luck.\r
\r
I took off the front panel to the furnace and found a loose wire that I was able to connect back and the furnace was able to work again.\r
\r
Soon after, we received a call from the person on-call at Atlas and he told me that this isn't the first time that this has happened. He also said that the manager would call me the next morning to talk with me about the incident. We didn't get a call from anyone at Atlas.\r
\r
Needless to say, we were very disappointed in Atlas and strongly discourage anyone since we essentially paid them to break our furnace.
