Too bad it's only something that can be imagined, not something to be realized. I scheduled a couples massage 3 weeks in advance which you would think is plenty of time for them to book 2 therapists for the day, but I was wrong. Only one showed up!!! They ruined what was supposed to be a very special occasion. The excuse I was given was that one of the therapists phones wasn't working... With all the technology we have today they weren't resourceful enough to find a way to confirm the booking. Maybe they just didn't give a S.
