Just a couple of weeks after purchasing my first home, I had my first plumbing issue. I called Royal Rooter and they came out within the hour and were able to see that roots from a tree had damaged the pipes from my home to the street. It took only 2 days for the roots, pipes to be removed and the new pipes put into place. Royal Rooter worked hard to finish the job quickly and minimize the disruption of no water.

I was very upset because they refused to give me my money back. They offered to come back again to address the issue, but I felt ripped off so I called Royal Rooter to come instead.
