I have been a client of Majestic Property Management since November 2009. Initially, Majestic managed one property for me.After I was confident in their service, I purchased several more rentals in Stockton and Majestic Property Management manages all of them. I have four rental properties; 2 duplexes, and one single family home in Stockton. I am retired and depend on rental properties to supplement my retirement income.
What I like about Majestic is that they are consistent and dependable. When we have a vacancy, they are quick to find a qualified tenant. If a tenant needs something repaired, they call me on all repairs over $200 and make the repairs quickly sometimes with outside services. They have saved me money on repairs because their in-house maintenance rates are fair and reasonable compared to outside services.
