I recently dropped off my car at a body shop in Los Angeles. They told me my car would take about 4 days to fix. So I needed to rent a car. I usually go to enterprise but the body shop recommended California Rent A Car. I decided to go with there recommendation. Within 10 minutes there was an agent at the body shop to pick me up. He was very nice and understanding about how upsetting it is to have your car in a body shop. We drove to thier shop where I saw they had a very broad selection. My wife and I were just discussing about buying a Mini Cooper convertable. And sure enough they had one. I told him what me and my wife were discussing and next thing you know I am driving off in the exact car we were looking at. The Mini was everything we wanted and more. We decided to go and look for our own that very next week. Needless to say, my body shop visit was a blessing in disguise. I recommend that everyone uses California Rent A Car...The prices are competitve with all the big chains, but the customer service set this company apart. I plan on using this company for all my future rental needs. And I suggest you do the same.
