Bay Cities Construction is currently replacing the termite-damaged wood and siding on my apartment building in San Francisco on the corner of 8th Avenue and Judah Street. Their job was supposed to have taken a few weeks. We are now in our eighth week and they have not even finished the first of three sides slated for work. For some reason they only have three workers working on a large, 17-unit building. They are taking forever.
They are really sloppy and have damaged all the screens on our windows by dropping wood and materials off the scaffold. I??ve heard passing pedestrians yelling at the workers because of falling debris. There is a huge pile of wood in our garage now. Our construction friends say that a sloppy work site is a sign of unprofessionalism.
Things have gone missing from the garage because they leave all four garage doors open even when all three workers are up on the scaffold.
And for some reason the workers left a shopping bag full of porn videos with titles like, ??Sodomania 12,? ??Blow Jobs 27,? and ??Service Animals? in the garage.
