5It was a friendly experience. Typical buying (leasing in our case) process of working with a salesperson and then some back and forth to Finance to get approval, etc. Not much has changed in that respect in buying cars since I was a kid.

I had a great experience. I walked in with what looked to me like a difficult request (co-signer out of state) and figured I would have to wait until my co-signer came to town to make the purchase. They were friendly and overnighted the paperwork and I walked out with a vehicle that day. Working with Kimethe was great. I am always a little apprehensive about car dealers but he was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I was clear with what I wanted and did not want in my vehicle and he did not do anything to try to upsell me or point me in a different direction.
