I LOVE this florist! I have never felt more valued for my business, and never have I had such excellent customer service where my needs and requests were entirely met! I called Gig Harbor Florist/Flowers by the Bay for my grandfather's funeral, at such a difficult time it was extremely challenging to figure out what I needed for the service. Both owners dropped everything to help me, they greatly understood the time that I was going through and made it SOOOO easy to order arrangements for the service. I was so happy to see that they had taken my suggestions, he had been in the Airforce and I requested a bit of red white and blue to honor his time and they made such beautiful arrangments that represented his service in the armed forces. It was something that I HIGHLY valued. I would never even THINK of bringing my business elsewhere. Gig Harbor Flowers/Flowers by the Bay is the best florist I've seen, and as Gig Harbor resident of 30+ years, I feel lucky to have such an establishment in our community.
