The receptionist was very friendly what I like about this place the most is that they are open on Saturdays so I am able to make a Saturday appointment. This is my go to dentist.

They were really wonderful they took care of both my boys and I really appreciated the patience that they had with them especially since I asked to put the sealant at the last minute.

I would highly recommend the Crescent Dental team! The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and patient with my children. Overall the best experience we have had at a dentist.

Staff from front office, assistants, and doctor, were all helpful and friendly. front office helped over the phone with insurance and any questions we had. Assistants and Doctors were very friendly and explained everything through the whole appointment for my family. Defiantly making this Dentist office our family Dentist

I had the best experience working with the Crescent Dental team when they provided donations for Lehman HS in Hays CISD. They were awesome to work with and extended to help out with anything I needed. When I went to pick up the donations, I loved the clean and warm environment of the facility and staff. I will continue to lean on Crescent Dental for help in he future! They rock!

Everyone at Crescent Dental is AWESOME. Dentists can be intimidating--not this group. The Dentists listen to what is up with my pearly whites and "fixes it.' Cleanings are a breeze--wow--no pain. I highly recommend this dental group. Their friendliness and vibrancy fit right in with those of us who have a ton of energy. The office staff, the techs, the dentists--RIGHT ON. Generally I am NOT a fan of dentists. Much like the math teachers growing up, I always seemed to get the impersonal, impatient and plain unfriendly sorts which didn't instill a lot of confidence OR inspire loyalty...The first moment I entered Crescent Dental I knew something was different. The front desk women were very warm and welcoming, not to mention the modern pop playing softly in the background and Despicable Me showing on the tv, which seemed to relax me from the start. This was the smoothest dentist visit I can remember having in my 42 years. Thank you, Crescent Dental for finally changing the way I feel about dentists! :)

Five out of five stars rating from me. The wait was minimal, and I was seen as scheduled. The staff were kind, courteous, and sincere. Dr. Hole and her assistant were awesome!! It had been years since my last visit to a dentist's office. I was a bit leery and intimidated by the extraction I was facing. The Dentist was reassuring and precise in the work that I had done. Crescent Dental has made me a loyal patron. My family and I will continue to make our dentist visits at Crescent Dental.

Our dental hygienist was very reassuring once she took me back for x-rays and the initial exam and both her and Dr. Shahwan were extremely patient with me, checking on me every couple moments throughout the procedure itself. Not to mention the patient education. Everything from my diagnosis to the after-care was explained clearly to me and they both welcomed my questions as well.

I went to Ingram Park Family Dental because they were on my insurance. Not sure what to expect. But, I now decided to switch to them for all my work. The staff in the place were very nice and professional but also personal. Explained

I had a routine exam at the dental office in Ingram Park Mall (next to Sears). The wait time was less than 5 mins. I went to the X-ray room first and then the dentist looked at my teeth in the examination room. She showed me the X-rays and pointed out some recommended procedures. She took her notes to the front desk for the secretary to print out prices for those procedures. I was able to afford all of them so I signed off on doing them immediately. The dentist came back and very quickly and skillfully did all of them.

In conclusion, the dentist was honest (recommended a few, simple procedures and didn't pressure me to do all of them at once), open about prices (she didn't do anything until I signed off on the price printout), and very skilled (the most painless cleaning I've ever had). I highly recommend this dental office! A+
