The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas

My wife and I live in DFW and stayed at Ritz-Dallas Saturday night to celebrate her birthday. We have been fortunate - stayed at "finest" hotels in US and Europe, including many R-C properties. The attention paid us by the hotel and restaurant staff was simply beyond compare. My wife was treated like royalty (without requesting it, we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, comp. cocktails and wine). We're now considering Ritz-Residences as an option for our later years. 6 Stars from our perspective Bravo!

I stayed here for a wedding and loved it. The staff always treats you very well. They did an amazing job on the reception and after party for the wedding. I was very impressed with all aspects and departments of this hotel. The spa, house car service, catering, sales etc. Def a 5 star.

I was treated like a queen by all of the staff & made to feel very welcome, even though I was passing through for business meetings that day (the av. department were fantastic, especially Charles) & not actually staying at the Ritz. The ambiance there is lovely & after the days events we stayed to enjoy some drinks at the hotel bar. Simply wonderful.
