Great service. They were able to give me a two hour window on a Saturday! They came and diagnosed the problem with my dryer in 15 minutes! They were also courteous and prompt to call and say they were coming!

That review I just read was ABSOLUTE LIE! My name is Oscar I am the owner of T.A.M. A/C & Heating. I am new to these comment reviews and I just got curious and googeled my company. I came across this review and WOW. I have seriously looked through my paperwork to see if I had some by the name of Vernon Kochman and nothing. Terrible. Owner is unresponsive. A/C went out around 7pm for the fourth time. Tech cam out and said there was a leak in the system & motors were burned out. Someone would come in the morning to fix. Techs came the next day and the unit still didn't work after repairs. I called again and was told to flip the breaker to reset the system. After this suggestion didn't work, I called again and was told to wait a while to see if the system kicked on, which it didn't. The tech had to return and told me he had switched off the unit in the attic and forgot. Now the unit upstairs runs continually and won't shut off. There is insulation and pieces of the duct coming in through the vents all over the house, which is new. I have had 6 service calls since purchasing the house 6 months ago. Now the company refuses to address the duct work problem under the warranty. Owner won't take my calls. Do not do business with this company.

it just is not worth calling these guys...they upsell everything, charge ridiculously expensive prices, they act really politely and helpful until you call them after they made a mistake and you need them to return to your house to fix the error...at which point they literally disappear and stop answering phone calls....and instead send their head boss to try to sell you a new unit instead
they recommend replacing anything and everything (even items already under warranty)..it just isn't worth it to call them
i am just happy i realized that i was being taken advantage of before shelling out MORE money to This Services ...and found a respectable company that worked WITH me to replace the entire unit for under $4000 (which is less than half of what This Services was charging)

Never use these people. We paid them thousands of dollars for a brand new system that still doesn't work 5 days later, and no one knows why. Every tech that comes out to our house tells use something different and the AC manager keeps telling us he will call us and never does.

I contacted T.A.M Company on 05/02 to repair my GE refrigerator. They came on 05/4 and the employee told me that the problem was a part that was letting the air get in to the freezer and was creating frost or icing inside the freezer (as it is shown in invoice #4540). He did not have the part at that moment but he can order and install it the following week. The price for labor and the part was $189 and will include a condenser cleaning. I called them again on Friday 05/18, and we agreed on having an appointment for next day, 05/18. They came and replaced the part in 5 minutes (see service performed in invoice #4540). I paid $189 and he gave me and invoice showing the part they replaced (invoice #4540). On 05/21, I called T.A.M. and spoke with the owner, Oscar Funes. I told him I was very upset, first with the service, since they never did what they offered to me from the beginning, the condenser cleaning, but worst was they charging $189 for a part that cost $9.75 (see GE parts store copy). I did the research in GE web site using T.A.M's invoice where they were showing that they replaced ONLY one part. Its reference is WR17X11653. The owner told me that he will go next day to my house to remove the part and give me my money back. He knew I was mad and I was close to uncover his system of making money, scamming people. Next day he came not only with my old part but with a second part that was oxidized. I told him that he can only remove the part that was described in the invoice since it was the only part they replaced. My wife and I got so mad because NOW he was trying to justify his invoice and price. He was trying to deceive us using a part that was not part of this issue. We did not allow him to touch our refrigerator and we told him that he was robbing us and we were going to dispute the payment and take our case to the BBB. What was more disturbing to us was his response, he was saying that why I was making that much noise and growing a problem if we have a $2,500 refrigerator? So, he charges depending on the refrigerator you own? I know that the price is for labor and parts regardless the type of refrigerator you own.
What is very dubious is how this company can give you an invoice when you pay for their service (invoice #4540) and a different one when they return your money or cancel the deal (invoice 4563). They show different parts in order to justify their wrong doing or stealing system.
All these wrong things are approved and made by the owner of the company, Oscar Funes, what can you expect from his company?
As I told him, he is a thief and has a license to do that. Hopefully the BBB can do something.

I contacted three other service providers and was told I would have to wait three days to get my refrigerator fixed. I called The Appliance Man and was told he'd have a tech here in an hour and he was. He fixed my refrigerator, told me how to avoid the problem in the future and was done in about 30 minutes. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were just moving into a new house and after spending over an hour getting an estimate with another A/C company, we quickly searched out an alternative! Oscar and Jaime showed up the same weekend and gave us a free written bid in 20 minutes that not only saved us a lot of money but also provided us with higher quality products! Both techs came out during one of the hottest days of summer with temperatures at about 105F and stuck it out in our attic to install all the ducting! They had our entire house hooked up and cool air working within two short days! By the time we moved into our new home not only did we have a cool house, but better yet a clean house as they made sure that they had picked up and vacuumed any debris from the job! Thanks guys!

I got the Appliance man ac & Heating from a referral. My refrigerator was not turning on. I tried everything, refrigerator repair tips online everything. So i called the applaince man. He told me what it was over the phone and gave me the price but I didnt' believe him. He told me to go ahead and shop around so i decided to call a couple companys around Katy and Houston. I ended calling Appliance man the next day. He could have been a jerk but understood and came out th same day i called. Refrigerator is back to normal and worth the money that i tought was a rip off.
