I've joined this center after I've seen some amazing results on my friend. After several months of training, she has lost all her baby weight and looks incredible!
My trainer, Ann Marie, is excellent. She is not only very nice, but her workouts are challenging. One good 30 minute workout twice a week is really all one would need!
At the center, the trainer can also discuss diet and give you pointers as to what to improve, etc. Very helpful!

Cutting Edge Fitness is by far the most difficult workout i've ever had. You would never think that you could get such a great workout in only 1/2 hour but you can at Cutting Edge. 1/2 twice a week is all you need for weight training. They put you through 2 full body workouts that leave you crawling up the stairs by the time the workout is over. Don't get me wrong though, the trainers are great and the workout is completely safe. You will not be dissapointed with your investment should you decide to purchase a package at Cutting Edge. It's the easiest decision you'll ever have to make!

I wanted a trainer that could really connect with and I found one, Russ. He can adapt and adjust accordingly. If I was feeling bad, I needed Russ to motivate me, and when I showed up to my appointment tired and sore, he helped me leave energized.

I have been doing sessions with Russ now for 6 months and i have never felt better, or looked better. It's amazing that I only have to go twice a week for 30 minutes to get these results. I used to go to Fitness Unlimited, but didn't get the results like this. I am very happy to refer anyone to Cutting Edge. My friends go too and they always rave about their trainers too.

This is a workout that is for life. It is weight training that is intended to build and maintain your muscles(without "beefing up"). This muscle maintenance has been shown to slow down the aging process and it's only 30 minutes so you can fit it in during your lunch break! The owner and one of the trainers, Ann Marie Sheridan, is fabulous! She's no-nonsense and pushes you to reach your goals and beyond. She's a lot of fun too. I've lost all the baby weight and more, plus I've found a new lifestyle fitness plan that I intend to follow for the rest of my life. I've never felt better or stronger and I'm 42 years old. It's the BEST!!!!!
