He came three times - once to look at the job, once to do it, and again for the city inspection. Each time he was here exactly when he said he would be. His price was hundreds less than the other bid I got. He did the job promptly, neatly and well. He's also a pretty nice guy - and interesting to talk to. I'd use him again without the slightest hesitation.
