i have really high expectations when it comes to shopping and for the fact that family hyundai more than exceeded my expectations really shows that they know what they are doing when it comes to customer service! WOW!

i brought my car in for an oil change and it was done so quickly, i barely just sat down. they really try to take care of you the best they can. family hyundai is great!

go in and ask for Dave. ive been talking to him on the phone for a week and he has been super helpful. i have yet to buy a car, but as of right now, i love the dealership. i should have my new tucson by the end of the week! yay!

ive been a customer of family hyundai for about 3 years now. I, my daughter and one of my good friends have all bought from there. from buying the car, to having it serviced, everyone has been wonderful. i really don't expect any less than to walk out of there with a smile on my face, and i am never disappointed after being there. very honest people working there. i couldn't ask for more!

I was talking on the phone to Stan before coming into the dealership. We were going back and forth through emails until I came to the realization that they weren't playing games. Once I finally came in, I was greeted and taken care of so well that I will never buy from anywhere but Family Hyundai. Now I know why they are the #1 Hyundai dealer in the area. in my experience, when i bought a car, i would always settle for whatever i was getting. if i got great service, i felt as though i was over paying and if i got a great price, no one was friendly or service took too long. not at family hyundai! they give you such a fair price and everyone is so friendly as if they have known you for years. i have never gotten that before but i certainly will continue to do business there. i love my genesis

The new veloster is SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, the coolest car ever!!!!!!!! And I got it in the best color. I have been searching for a vitamin C color veloster and no one around had it! Family Hyundai has the best inventory to choose from!

my wife and I are new to the area and have been looking for a nice used car for a few months now. we were really looking for something with low miles, good price, and on a vehicle we could purchase an extended warranty on so we don't have to worry about huge repair bills right away. when we got to Family hyundai, I really didn't think there would be much to choose from but I was certainly wrong. We test drove 3 sonatas, all of which had lower miles for the year and a reasonable price. it's nice to have the option to be picky and not settle when making such a large purchase like a car. we love our 'new' 2009 sonata and we couldn't be happier!

I just bought a car from DQ and she was awesome. I've spent some time searching around at other places so I was already a little frusterated from wasting so much of my time. DQ helped me with everything and really did a great job from when I first got there til I was pulling off the lot. Stop in and ask fro DQ! She is the sweetest person ever!

I don't have perfect credit so I was concerned about if I was going to be able to get approved, but I really need a car and I would rather not buy a car without a warranty. I was looking for a new car and had been searching around online for a while for one. Since there isn't too much information available online, I entered some of my information onto Family Hyundai's page. Juanita was awesome! She called me backand answered all the questions I asked and didn't call to bug me! She set me up with an appointment where my salesman, Joe, was just as helpful. I ended up getting a new Elantra and couldn't be happier!!! I am a very thourough person and they really crossed all the T's and dotted all the I's before making the decision! Great dealership!!!

i really love my new sonata! when i first went into family hyundai, i didnt know what car i wanted since i had never driven a hyundai. one of my good friends just bought a car right before i did and he loves it and said family hyundai is a great place to get my new car from! he was right! everyone at family hyundai is great to work with and its a fun environment to be in.

Family Hyundai is awesome!!! I bought my car last week and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I walked in and was greeted by someone and they directed me towards who I can speak with, no waiting around or getting passed off from sales person to sales person like at other places. My sales man asked me what I was looking for, and we test drove a few cars. He then really worked with me to find a payment I was happy with. Even the finance manager was great! Since I also purchased a paint protector for my car, I brought my car into service who also made the experience very easy and quick! You really have a great team working at Family Hyundai! We went to Family Hyundai to get a new Hyundai for our daughter. We have had some credit issues in the past and were not sure if we would get approved, even though they assured us they could. We went to another local Hyundai Dealer and they quoted us a ridiculous rate, so we ended up gooing to Family.
