Because of an issue with the delivery of my first choice refrig. I had to choose another one. Unfortunately, that one was not available right away and we had to choose the floor model. We did look it over with the sales help and decided it was fine. when the issue arose with the noise in the door, there was no problem getting it repaired and he was able to make the adjustments quickly. The refrig is just fine now. Great product!

The repairman was extremely knowledgeable about the machine, and fixed it in about 5 minutes. Very impressive. Exactly the kind of experience we hope to have. And the machine as perhaps 10 years old, with this being the first necessity for repair.

Ist. the door of the washer came with big scratch, washer also came with no Y connector for the hot and cold water, and the one sent did not fit because the male and female parts were incorrect. I had to but parts at Home Depot myself. The ignitor blew out, for the lasr service call.

I liked about the service was when the repaired was done, the problem reoccurred. I made the called to Dan Marc right away. They called the dispatcher and he called me right back. He came back the next day and re fix the problem on the washer machine.

The service man was very accommodating and very professional. I felt Whirlpool could have provided the drum at no cost as it was not a wear or usual issue. It seemed to be a defective part based on what the repairman indicated. Whirlpool was unwilling to accommodate my request. I felt that was unreasonable due to the cost and age of the machine.

Sloppy repairmen, they canceled and rebooked THREE times, wasting my time waiting for them, came into house without knocking or ringing bell, didn't have all the tools they needed and had to borrow mine, charged $600 for a 30 minute job and two small parts, gave me attitude when I complained about all the rescheduling. I'm sure this company isn't all bad, but why risk it? I've learned my lesson about Dan Marc.

This service was a success because the technician was competent and qualified to do the job and came on site with the replacement part in hand. No rescheduling hassles and waiting for repair with a different technician. A fine refrigerator. With the exception of water leaking as a result of excessive condensation (apparently a common problem resulting from a design flaw in one-way valve) it is excellent. The person who came to repair the water leak was polite, swift, and competent.

They arrived promptly. He inspected the machine and explained that its back leg was not welded properly, which causes the door not to close well and leak. Apparently, a factory defect. He explained that this defect was not repairable and instructed us to return the machine to the dealer. Within a few days that matter was resolved- we received a replacement machine and it is working beautifully.

Our 2 month old washer broke almost a month ago. We went through Lowes and they told us to call Dan Marc. The service guy came out 3 weeks ago and took the washer apart. This company informed me that they were a certified servicer of SubZero. They came to my house, and after 10 minutes of inspections, said they were NOT a certified SubZero specialist and handed me a bill for a service call. I refused to pay it, because now I have to hire another company that is certified to perform the service. The gentleman (I use this term very loosely), stomped out of my house screaming and yelling, and slammed our heavy oak doors. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this company.

My wash machine needed to be serviced. Got their number from the Frigidaire, and the trouble began. First of all, they won't tell you until the day of when they are actually coming. If you work outside of home, how do you even plan a day? I was fortunate enough to be able to work from home and waited for the technician to show up. Anyway, they completely misdiagnosed the problem of water not draining. They cleaned up the water pipe and charged me $200 and called the problem fixed. When I tested the machine after they left, the problem remained. Water still not draining and the machine making crazy noises. I called back again to explain the problem and they insisted that it's just an imbalance and wouldn't come back to look at it again. I had to call another company, and it turned out that it was a bad back bearing and the machine was dead. I called back to complain and the lady was so rude defending their bad service, saying that I didn't make my machine assessible to the techinician! Really? The other company had no issue disgnosing the issue. To top it off, the lady ended up slamming the phone down on me. I am determined to get my money back, but if you don't want to go though so much rudeness, incompetency and losing a bunch of money like I did, don't contact this company.
