Amistee was very professional and accommodating with their service for us. They explained processes very well and were careful to not make a big mess. The air in the house most definitely smells fresher since they were here! Good service and would use again.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we have still not received to view our 'before and after' pictures of the duct cleaning and it has been 17 days since the service. Also, we had some dust debris to clean up in the furnace room and on the inside of the furnace door which should have been done by them. Other than that, great service. They are pricey, but they worked for three full hours on our job!

I am not the type of person that feels the need to go online and write a review for a service I have gotten. I guess it is because I have not dealt with a company as professional as Amistee before. I was stunned at the superior level of service I was given by each person that I came in contact with from the company. I called and originally spoke with a very competent office person who was able to answer all of my questions. I was greeted by another Amistee professional when they called to let me know the cleaning crew would be arriving exactly when the original person promised. When the crew came to my house they were stunningly nice. They wore shoe covers and insisted on laying down floor drop cloths even after me saying it was not needed. They took their time and stopped several times asking if I had any questions about the process. They showed me very detailed pictures of my air ducting and explained what I was looking at. They even helped me put in my furnace filter the correct way (I had it in backwards). One day after the service I got ANOTHER phone call from Amistee asking if I was happy with the service and if I could offer any suggestions on how they could improve on their "customer experience". I LOVE THIS COMPANY. Good companies that want to please you are still alive!!!!!

I am not exactly the handiest homeowner around so I get a lot of "hired" work done when needed. I am familiar with the service industry because I have all types of people over to our home (painters, landscapers, driveway sealer ect.). Amistee is by far one of the most professional service companies I have ever hired. They really paid attention to detail from calling to confirm my appointment to when the guys were out doing the cleaning. Top Notch Service all around.

This company came out and offered my wife and I a professional service. They called the number I provided before coming and let me know they were on the way and then called back to let me know the crew was trapped in traffic (which I appreciated). When the men arrived at our home they introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. I watched them as they worked and they explained as they went. They showed me pictures of what they were doing and what my vents looked like. As they walked through my home they were very polite and had boot protectors on their feet. Very Very polite and very professional service. I got a copy of the pictures a few days later in the mail. Highly recommend this service

We just got our office cleaned by this company. We had 3 similar companies out that we found online to provide us with quotes. Amistee came in after hours and did a great job and provided us with pictures and suggested a few things which we have yet to do but will. Since I am the office head they made my life easy by not messing anything up.

This business is top notch! Not only are they incredibly professional, but they were very thorough and took the time to show us what they did, showing us the before and after photos of our ducts.
