Yougo to this store, give your name to the "greeter", then you wait and wait. You then tell some moron your problem, then you wait again. You can be in this store for up to an hour, and you may or may not get your problem solved.SO, UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO KILL-AVOID THIS STORE.

Seriously, one of the guys who works there, Scott (aka the big fat guy) is obnoxious. They are a complete bunch of aholes. Rod, the manager, is a piece of work too. Go to AT&T. It's only a few blocks away.

Every phone Ive had from here and people that I know that have one always has problems with keeping a connection. The service just leaves out of nowhere and cuts you off in the middle of a conversation.

I went to this store to pay for my bill. I waited in line for about 15 minutes. It was my turn and I asked the salesperson that I wanted to pay my bill. The salesperson kept on asking me to upgrade my cell phone. I told him that I don't want a new cell phone, but just wanted to pay my bill. He told me that he doesn't accept payment here and that I should call customer service or pay my bill online. Very unprofessional.
