He makes you pay the amount deemed "unreasonable" by your insurance company, which he is not supposed to do, as a physician included in the health plan. No other doctor has ever made me do that.

I think Dr. Taylor is caring, compassionate, respectful and demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills. He actually listens to you and takes extra time to explain things when you need it. He uses humor to relax you--If you don't have a sense of humor, then stick with the standard poker faced-robot doctors....

I think Dr. Taylor is one of the best Dr.'s I have ever had. (and I've had alot) His sense of humor may sometimes be a little hard to get, but show me a Dr.'s whose isn't. I mean consider what he does everyday.
He delivered my 1st child for me about a year ago and I wouldn't trust anyone else to deliver my next. He helped me with difficult decisions in my pregnancy along with my personal life. I am moving back to Chicago soon and can't wait to see him and his staff!

His bedside manner is horrendous. After having surgery for a cyst, while I was in recovery he had the nerve to tell my mother that he thinks I should have a baby.
When I inquired why did I develop a cyst ( I honestly did not know and really wanted to know), he told me that I got a cyst, because I lie to my mother.
I also got screenings for diseases, and he told that the people who test positive for diseases, get a big red stamp on their forehead.
I have never been back to him again, I would never recommend him to my worst enemy.
I gave one star, he deserves ZERO STARS!!!!!

Best Doctor ever!!!!Answers all questions, you do not have to wait for ultrasound results, he will answer all questions you have. I had a blighted ovum during the summer, I consulted him for a second opinion and he answered all questions and explained every single question I had and helped me understand what I was going thru. when in other places they wouldn't even tell me what was wrong with my pregnancy. He answered his phone on a Sunday morning to answer my questions and he was at the hospital when I had the miscarriage. Really friendly, good humor. Seems like he's always happy and always very positive. The hours are great! the staff is awesome. I would recommend him to anybody! He was there when I needed him, a friend recommended him and I am greatful she did.

i think he's the greatest doctor ever........he delivered my son armani and was there for during a rough time with my family........he answers questions to the tee.....and with him u never have to worry....because you are in great hands....by the way that review under me is bs......dr taylor is the funniest doc u will meet...he makes u feel comfortable when ur very nervous.....that lady does not know what she is talking about

I am VERY happy with Dr. Taylor. He is thorough, professional, and friendly. I never thought I would want to see a male gynie, but saw him in an emergency one day, and again recently. He ended my suffering when my regular doctor did not! However, he makes his patients pay the amount the health insurance says he oversharges ... he is not supposed to do that.

I went to that doctor because I had my period for 2 weeks. He did an ultrosound of my pelvic and it showed that I had a lot of eggs backed up cos my birth control pills (yaz) were not strong enough. So.. He prescribed me stronger pills (yasmin, by the way he spelled it wrong on the prescription), and he was all trying to make a joke out of it. First he said I should probably get off the pill and get pregnant! :-/ And if I do that in my case (with all the eggs I have) I would get an ectopic pregnancy and I would never be able to have children!!!
(An ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy that develops outside a woman's uterus (womb). This happens when the fertilized egg from the ovary does not implant itself normally in the uterus. Instead, the egg develops somewhere else in the abdomen. The products of this conception are abnormal and cannot develop into fetuses).
So he didn't tell me what to do, just prescribed the pills and basicly made fun of me. Then he didn't do a pap smear exam either, even though it was due this year and the first pap smear I ever did (last year) was at his office. He doesn't care about the patients. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYBODY! And of course I'm not going back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor's for over 20 years. He is highly skilled and makes it his business to know the most up to date, cutting edge (excuse the pun) procedures. He has a great bedside manner and yes a sense of humor. I have been to many doctors who are cold and treat you like you are on a conveyor belt, rushing through the appointment so they can move on to the next patient. Not Dr. Taylor. He takes the time to talk to you and answer all your questions. Sometimes over and over because I like clarity.
He also has a compassionate side. Once I had some complications from surgery. He stayed by my side in my hospital room all night. He slept in the chair! He has even extended his consulting services to family members who were not his patient. He didn't have to do that but he did. He goes beyond the call of duty which makes him a decent human being as well as a skilled physician.

Dr. Lyndon Taylor is one of a kind. He is kind, compassionate, funny and a very good listener. You won't be treated like just another insurance payment on a doctor's assembly line of patients. Dr. Taylor performed complex five-procedural pelvic surgery on me this past year and I was up and about in a couple of days. It is absolutely fantastic to be totally free of incontinence. He is also very knowledgeable and comfortable discussing women's sexuality issues. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Taylor has been my gynecologist for 16 years. I remember thinking way back then that he was too thorough and too high tech. Well, both of those attributes saved my life nine years ago when he found early endometrial cancer. He is easy to talk to and always takes the time I need to have my questions answered. He never rushes me out of there. I am grateful that he keeps up with the latest that medicine has to offer.

Dr. Taylor is the very best OB/GYN physician I have ever been to. He is incredibly intelligent, extremely patient and most importantly he really takes the time to talk to you and explore your options and without a doubt he will spend his time and effort on answering all your questions. He has been my doctor for a few years now and will be for the rest of my life. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor to any female for basic and complicated OB/GYN services.
