I had Assurance Plumbing come out to my home. They were actually on time and that was refreshing. I was not prepared because I forgot to empty out under the sink. I told the guy I would move it and I would be right back, by the time I returned he moved ALL the my personal stuff out and NEATLY placed it next to the cabinet. Then I showed them the hose i needed changed because they were old. I was just waiting for an excuse and an upsell about how the house would fall over if I did not get the valves changed too, and the pipes were bad, and my sink faucet was bad. But NONE of that, No high pressure upsell, no bad news, he just said sure, no problem and fixed it.

He has worked in my home a few times over the past two years and is always courteous and straightforward. Helped us out of a few plumbing jams and while he let me know of other things that could use repair besides the job at hand, I never felt pressured. Their prices are quite reasonable too.

Outstanding service, I called several plumbers the day before Thanksgiving and was not able to get an appointment until I called Assurance. Dan arrived within the hour, found the problem and replaced the corroded pipe inder my kitchen sink.
