Miska Paget

Miska is the best vet. She goes the extra mile for our horses, donkey and goats. We trust, respect and think she is wonderful. The only time I would call another vet is if she were out of town.

Miska is simply the best vet I've ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring & empathetic. I can count on her & trust my horse to no one else!!!

Miska has been my vet frequently over the last 8 years. She is knowledgeble, honest and most of all EMPATHETIC. She CARES about the animals, and will do everything to help. She has treated my horses and goats. Saving many lives from colic, pneumonia, etc. She returns calls ASAP, and comes as fast as she can in an emergency.

I had Miska respond to a call when she was working for another vet and I was not at all impressed with her knowledge or the work done. She seemed more concerned with covering her rear than effectively evaluating the horse. I wouldn't call her again.

Didn't return calls in a timely fashion, may be friendly but high priced and can't do field surgery as well as other local vets. Referred us to hospital for services quoted at $1500-2000k. Called another local vet and got the horse treated for less than half of that without having to trailer miles away. Friendly doesn't equate to competent.
