Bob and Ed's Is Great and their prices are actually better! They do a lot of prep and cover, which I appreciate! They tended to have a lot of supplies and equipment but they get the job done and Fast!! I have to say I was most impressed with the final walk around. I definitely appreciated checking for myself and being able to point out any issues and ask for any 'touch up.' They seem to understand my perspective and I certainly didn't feel I was having to do anything due to negligence. THANK YOU B&E's!!!!

Two bids for our house and I choose Bob & Ed's because I had seen many signs around the ridge with them working on various jobs. They showed up on 5/8, said they could match the bid I had including the fence and could start right away. They pressure washed and made a mess of our pre-stained pine boards on our patio overhang and our front door. Showed up the next day in some crazy RV with a crew that I did not want around my kids. They spent the night in the RV parked in front of a neighbors and scared her so badly she called the cops. Made a mess of our patio furniture, and patio and had to clean that. The areas they touched up and horrible and three sides of our house need to be re-sprayed. I paid Paul $2000 cash and didn't see them for days after that. They came out on Mother's Day and I told them they had a couple hours. They took our fire-pit cover and address plates and after several phone calls they still have not been back. Talked to our local PD and found out one was arrested this weekend so that explains the no show (I guess). Would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I wish I had found these reviews before hiring these guys, but still, Bob and Ed's Painting company came recommended from a coworker.
First of all, Paul is the head guy. Very nice man. Nice crew of guys too and one lady. After phone tag with Paul, he came out and gave a very reasonable bid. Whereas other painters wanted to charge about $700-$800 more to do our house! So, we hired Paul and his crew. They came to work on our house for about 4 days. Here were some issues we had: The painters moved things in our yard (i.e. one potted plant, a lantern, etc.) that were in their way. After the job was finished, they never moved those items back. On their breaks, they would stand in our driveway and smoke cigarettes. WTF??? Overnight, their equipment was everywhere on our nice lawn in a big mess. One of them even left his shirt in the middle of our front lawn. WTF?? When the major spray painting was finished, they did the touch ups. We had to direct them many times on where this was needed. After the bill was paid and they left, we found more that were NOT touched up. BTW, why is it our job as customers to have to do this and point out their negligence? Aarrgh! And I still suspect they did not do the two coats that was stated in their bid, but how do you prove it? Some areas of wood still showed the old color and just a thin spraying of the new color was on top. Anyway, if you want to go cheap, hire them, but still find other bids of course.

We hired Paul, from Bob & Eds painting to paint the exterior of our home, after comparing price estimates with other reputable companies we found Bob & Eds bid was slightly higher in comparrison, but heard they did great work. BIG MISTAKE! I couldnt beleive it took him close to 4 days just to prep, they left my yard a mess, when came time for final inspection my husband pointed out several spots needing to be touched up, after pymt was received NO ONE came back for touchups. I would not recommend Bob & Eds at all.

Bob and Ed's Painting came in and pressure washed my home, caulked and scraped old paint off. Then primed all bare wood and painted my house in less then two days. They were professional and courteous.
There prices were extremely competitive and I would recommend them to all of my friends.
Unlike most contractors when they say there going to be there they are their and working.
