Pioneer Feed has the most knowledgeable and friendly staffs. The only gripe I have regarding the store is their "organic grain" for poultry.
Just because it is "organic" shouldn't mean there's cornstalks and sand, rocks type debris in the feed. We have been purchasing from them for over a year because we raised chickens. Everything was great until we switched over to the organic feed about half year ago. At first, the feed were great, then last several months, we have been getting grain that contained all those I mentioned. We talked to the staffs, but they said there's no other complaint and the company did not have anything to say.
We changed location of where we purchased the grain now.

Their friendly service, helpful attitude, and most important knowledge is why I will never return to the big box feed store. They are glad you came in and appreciate you have a choice where you spend your money.

I stopped in there today for my first time. What I found were happy, friendly, smiling people and a very clean, well equipped store. The white parrot that was behind the counter climbed up my sleeve, sat on my shoulder and welcomed me.
The lovely young lady that was working was eager to show me what was available without being pushy or forceful about making a sale. She was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and was able to share personal experience with some of them as well.
I will be back as often as possible (I live in Castle Rock) and I hope that the same young lady can help me.

Love this place, if they dont have what you need they will help you find it!! The customer service is friendly and very knowldegable. Worth going to everytime!!

Pioneer Feed has reasonable prices, good friendly service with people who are willing to go a little out of their way to help and be sure you get what you want.

Pioneer Feed is conveniently located on my way to or from the Interstate. There is always someone who is willing to assist in loading hay for me. They have a decent variety of dog food and their prices are competitive with other feed stores in the area.

I shop at pioneer feed quite often, sometimes it's to get a bag of grain, or a on of Hay, the prices at Pioneer Feed are as competitive as anywhere. Stop in and see them.
