Dont go here!!!!I brought my 2010 hyundai genesis in for service because they were close to home.I brought my car in to have the engine light and my tire pressure light serviced.when they first looked at it they said they would not give me a rental because I did not purchase it with them but later said they would because they could bill hyundai for it.They ordered the part and had me return when the part came in.when I returned they gave me a rental that was filthy.they were supposed to only have it 4 hours.Well after 6 they called and saaid they ordered the wrong part.So I kept the rental for 4 more days.after returning the car I had it for about 2 weeks then my tpms sensor for my tire pressure came back on.I went to add air and realized all my valve stems were broke at the threads.I made another appointment and brought my car back.they refused to fix them.they said they could not have done this quote"maybe some crappy shop did this It was not possable" and basicly called me a liar.I stated to them my car was not touched since I brought it to them.I work nights and my car is under video sevalence and I live at a single family home that no one comes near my car all day. They said they didnt even touch my tires. That is an outright lie because remember I brought it in for my tire pressure and I have a reciept.I called hyundai corp. directly to complain about their total disrespect for their coustomers. So hyundai called them direct and they told hyundai that I had after market valve stems?!!!Really!! I bought this car brand new from antwerpin hyundai less then 2 years ago all stock.the tires have less then 27000 miles on them.so how many people do you know that buy a new car and just replace only the valve stems.Total Lie.I am currently now dealing with hyundai corp. and I will never ever deal with jones again. My recomendation is stay as far away from jones as possable. This dealer is one of the larger dealers in md. so they have the big bad attitude that they are allways right and they cover it up with free manicures and cookies. If I would have taken my car somewhere else It would have saved me more money and time.Horrable dealer!!!

When I bought my car, I was very happy. They promised me free manicures, free oil changes, and I signed up for the every other year detailing of my car. Now that I have had my car for two years, I have never once gotten a manicure because no one is ever there. I made an appointment to get my car detailed for 7am and I went to pick it up at 4pm and it was still not finished. They had me waiting there for an extra two hours. I was not happy.

oh so many issues. 1) lied to my wife on the phone about the inventory to get us in the door; 2) salesperson was horrible-- i know everything about his personal and professional life (do you think i care?); 3) they are adding on a retail adjustment price -- this means they are adding on $2500 to the MSRP of their hyundais BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN. The salesmanager gave me some line about how theyre getting $5k over sticker in New Jersey and thats just the way it is. No it isnt. I called around and didnt find one other place in the Baltimore area that was doing it. Then theyre throw the "Jones for life" at you- I'd rather pay for the oil changes and drive myself there than have to worry about getting screwed and lied to everytime I walk through the door.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Jones Junction Hyundai service center are thieves and dangerous to you and your family. Please read on...
I had a recall on my wife's Santa Fe and also noticed a rear differential pinion seal leak, which is a warranty issue.
We dropped the car at Jone Hyundai Service Center on a Monday evening. I got a call on Tuesday morning that the recall inspection was complete, and yes, the pinion seal was leaking. No surprises so far. Then it started....
First, the tech said the seal replacement would be $268. So I had to fax over paperwork to prove the issue was a warranty repair. Take note this is a $20 part, so the rest would have been labor, which is completely insane. This is not a difficult repair.
Second, he told me the "bad news"; the differential was bad. He could "possibly" get a replacement under warranty. I ask why the rear was bad and he said since the seal was leaking the car was being run with no fluid in the rear, so it messed up the gears. I told him I had been checking the fluid level every other day and that it was in fact full when we dropped the car off on Monday. I said to fix the seal, under warranty and I would get a second opinion on the rear differential condition.
The reason I did this was, I had problems with the Jones service in the past, and had that in the back of my head when I had to go back (I will go to the Towson location if I have to take the car back for any other recals). Second, I was working on cars even before this tech was born. So I have a pretty good idea about how this works, and actually do most of my work myself, but in this case, a recall and warranty was involved.
Here's where it gets scary. They finally call me on Thursday, that car is done and ready (remember I dropped the car on Monday afternoon, for a small repair?). I decided to take my jug of rear end fluid and my hand pump with me, because I just do not trust the service at all at this point.
I pick the car up, drive up the street, pull over in the park and ride on Mountain Road, and proceed to check the rear fluid level. The real had to be drained completely to do this repair. Well, low and behold, the rear is completly dry of fluid!!!! They intentionaly left it dry hopeing the rear would break and I would have to take it back to get it fixed.
I filled the rear, went right to my non-dealer shop and had my regualar mechanic check it out. He inspected it, and used mechanics stethascopes to listen toth e rear "noise". Not surprised again, the rear sounded better than a new car and was in perfect condition.
Jones service, not only lied to me, they potentially put my wife and daughter in a dangerous situation. If I had not checked the fluid and my wife and daughter where out on the highway and the rear decided to break, in worse case the rear could have locked and a multiple roll over crash could have insude. This of course can be fatal. Even in least case, the rear breaks, and they are stranded on the highway until help comes.
I did not trust them when I had to go in for this recall, and am totally positive they are decieving not only me, but who knows how many other customers and even putting them not only in a finacial bind, but in danger also!
Please, please, do not go to this service center. If you do, be sure to have the car cheked out again by another, trusting source.

I went into the Dealership and test drove a new Sonata. I have financing prearranged. The sales manager treated me like trash to the point that I left the dealership. He told me that my loan only covers 90% of loan to value! No joke!!!! What he was saying is that their cars are over priced so he couldn't use my financing. Anyway, like I said, I left. They could care less.

Last year I bought 2 new cars from this Dealership. They treat customers like dirt, they can't do any paper work or repairs right the first time, they try to short-change customers when installing accessories, THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES! I was so incredibly unhappy and stressed from dealing with them, that I sold both cars. Now I don't ever have to deal with them, and I will never go back to them EVER!

Dealers are snippy, pushy, caught up in lies, and withheld specific information that was requested multiple times. We caught them in these lies and called them out which led in them getting unprofessional, crumpling and throwing papers, not letting us return the vehicle (we were smart enough not to drive it off the lot), and eventually small threats were made on their part ("we can handle this another way if you want...").

So I finally dealt with the boss of this sales manager (not associate, sales MANAGER) and smoothed things over enough to purchase the vehicle. When you call back for something minimal that shouldn't be asking too much, like an OWNER'S MANUAL, it's too much for them to even look into. I realize this isn't expensive but honestly if I'm dropping over 10k for a vehicle, I would EXPECT (at least) the lies they fed me the entire time throughout the process instead of cocky attitudes that there is nothing more they can do for me. They aren't even trying at this point.

Honestly, Jones Junction is lucky they don't have a lawsuit on their hands for what they said to us.

And you can forget about the 30 day bumper to bumper warranty they promised us. I called b/c the car I drove off their lot 2 days ago is making some weird noise and suddenly, there was never a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty. LIES. Jones Junction is FULL OF LIES.

NEVER SHOP HERE. You're better off paying more and going to someone who is going to treat you well and appreciate your business. I will never be going back here.

We have purchased from Jones more than once. The first time was a good experience, the second time, we bought here more out of necessity to get a second vehicle before my son came home from the hospital with medical equipment. The salesman was pushy and we caught him in a few lies. We really would have liked to work with the man that sold us our first vehicle here but unfortunately he was not there the day we needed to purchase and we did not have time to wait. I would recommend Mike anytime. All the other people (title officer, receptionists, etc) were all great to work with as well.

We have used this dealership twice now, both times to purchase a new vehicle. We had two different salespeople, one of which we really liked, the other was a little pushy. However, both times, we got the deal we really wanted and the paperwork was always very simple and hassle free. Their facility is state of the art and they even have a playroom for the kids to play in while you're waiting.
